What Roles and Duties Best suit my players?

I play a 4-2-4 with attacking wingers how should I play RVP (Right sided stricker) and Nasri (In the middle with Cesc)?
 
playing a 4-2-3-1 with qpr, what roles can adel taarabt and heidar helguson have as i cant get them playing well?
 
I'm playing a 4-3-1-2 with Palermo, but I need help for my central midfielders. Migliacchio is my defensive midfielder, but for the 2 other position I don't know which role my players should take. I have Illicic, Nocerino, Milan Badelj and Kevin. So which of them should I use with which role? I'd rather play with badelj and kevin, because I've just bought them.

Who and how should play alongside Abel Hernandez. Kadlec, Miccoli, Maccarone or Pinilla?

My Manchester attack needs sorting, I've got Owen, Hernandez, berba and ofc Rooney. Been using berba as deep lying support, started with Rooney there though but he's been pretty bad in that position. Owen, Rooney and Berba all seem like the deep lying type but i can't be bothered playing with two deep lying forwards, any suggestions? And how's Rooney been doing as Deep lying forward support for you?
