What Roles and Duties Best suit my players?

So I am playing a 4-3-3 in a new Liverpool save. In my last game I had Suarez as a poacher with good results but I played him as a lone striker. Now I am testing out a new tactic so I have a forward line of:

Luis Suarez - Andy Carroll - Ruud van Nistelrooy

On the player role calculator here are the results:

Suarez (Treq 15.4, Poacher 15.1)
Carroll (Targetman Attack 16.4)
van Nistelrooy (Deep Lying forward 17.2)

I feel that RvN would be a better poacher then same as Suarez. Does it work well to play 2 poachers with a target man in the middle? I am trying to figure out the most lethal way to use these three as they all have something different to offer imo.

Tevez and Rooney partnership, playing 4-4-2 with wingers as inside forwards, what roles would be best?

If you play him as AMC he is a Trequartista.
As MC he is advanced playmaker-attack or deep lying midfielder-support... :)

I think he is better as deep lying forward... :)

Thanks I'll give that a try. Never even considered trying him as a treq.

I can´t get the partnership between Suarez and Carrol to work. Half season played and they have onley scored 7 and 4 gaoals each. I play 442 and latest patch.
Btw: Rooney leads the premiership with 18 (!) goals.
What can I do?

I also have Alturo Vidal but im not sure how to get the best out of him, i thought box to box but it didnt work too well.

What roles are you playing with Carrol & Suarez?

I'd try Carrol as a Target Man/Complete forward support, and Luis Suarez as a poacher/Trequartisa.
 
Carrol = Target, Support and Suarez = deep lying fw, attack.

I am playing an Assymetric 4-4-2 with 2 DMC, 1AMR (inside forward), 1 AMC (attacking midflielder attack) 1 SC (poacher) and 1 SCL (deep-lying forward attack). The tactic has created MAGIC for me especially for my Poacher (cisse) , however it seems that my deep-lying forward (Vagner Love) seems not to score so much.
I know that his original position would be poacher but I don't think having two pouchers would be suitable. On the other hand I think trequartista wouldn't be suitable as well, due to the fact I already have an AMC to do this job.
What whould you advice me?

I downloaded a formation with 2 poachers it worked fine also i'm trying a poacher/trequarista attack right now Poacher gets the goals and Trequarista gets the assist so pretty rewarding I guess.
 
Thanx mate. So you believe I should set him as a poacher as well?
Do you think that might disrupt the harmony between him and the othe striker?
Cause the current poacher is scoring like a machine gun

I've just checked out Vagner Love with them attributes if not poacher he'll be great as trequarista.
