What Roles and Duties Best suit my players?

playing as Newcastle, first season, counter attacking 4-4-2 formation

Got Jo from Man city and Christien Benitez up front, but don't know what to play them as?

I also bought Hazard and not sure what to play him as as he's in the ML role rather than AML so I can't play him as an inside forward.

Help please! :D
 
Hazard - Winger - Support - Cut Inside - Run with ball

Give him a touch of creativity and reduced long shots.

And the other thing is preferred moves/individual training is there anything that can help me develop him because I know how much of an animal he is in real life. I am guessing to keep him poacher but how do I supply/train him best, I thought training on technique/finishing and prefered move as beating the offside trap/playing one twos but I really can't work him out. Normally I use complete forward support players, if anyone has any advice give me a shout.

those are his best calculated position, since u play with inside forwards maybe support would be a better option then targetman attack
targetman support 14,3 targetman attack 14,8

play Jo as terquartista or deeplaying forward attack
Benitez as poacher
 
What is best for Shane Long? I tried him as a poacher but he doesn't like that...

I play 2 up top and the other striker is normally a target man.

bruno alves central defender defend 15,4 central defender stopper 15,3 central defender cover 15,3 limited defender defend 16,5 limited defender stopper 16,1 limited defender cover 16,1 ballplaying defender defend 14,3 ballplaying defender stopper 14,4 ballplaying defender cover 14,4
van der wiel can play every wing back or full back role equal so its up to you, play him the way it fits ur tactics best

diego renan wingback support or attack, or fullback attack

hey guys i know this is abit off topic but i need you guys to help me with this matter !!! i just brought neven subotic for my liverpool save , im playing with my friend doing network play but im having troubles with him , as you can see his concentration is a 9 and i really want to sort this out because i hear good this about him in threads ...does anyone know if he gets better as he play along or is there any way of training him on that ??? im thinking of getting kjear because hes making mistakes i play his as cover if anyone can give me any advice i would much appreciate it thanks !!!
 
Rannochia is a good buy. Bit pricey, but plays well. Sell that useless **** you bought.
 
I have an idea of what roles each of these players should have but I just want to make sure.
Cavani-I think complete forward attack
Wilshere-I think inside forward on the right.
Ramsey-I think adv playmaker beside Fabregas as DLP in cm roles.
Rodwell-I think DLP/BWM or Anchor man in either cm or dm.
Elia-Same as wilshere cept on the other side.
Eriksen-Same as ramsey maybe.
 
Wilshere inside forward? No, no, no. Deep-lying playmaker. Same applies for Eriksen, although he also works well as an advanced playmaker.

I have heard a few people say he fits that role(IF).He seems to be, because he is scoring as well as assiting.

Im not completley sure but inesta might be an advanced playmaker while fab is def a DLP.
 
I play iniesta as AP support/attack and fabregas can be AP support or CM attack. I would say DLP but hes wasted there half the time tbh.

Iniesta, advanced playmaker on attack duty or att mid on attack duty
and fabregas as tequartista or DLP - support
