What Roles and Duty's best suit my players?

RVP - Advanced Forward - Attack or Poacher
NB - Complete Forward - Attack or Target Man - Support
CV - Poacher - Attack or Deep Lying - Attack

the problem is in my save RVP is getting older with a poorer speed, so poacher is no longer suitable. Is Trequartista all right for RVP?

Silva - Advanced Playmaker - Attack
Augusto - Advanced Playmaker - Attack
Adem - Advanced Playmaker - Attack
Saurez - Poacher - Attack or Advanced Forward - Attack
Lukaku - Poacher, Target Man, Advanced Forward, Deep Lying :P

Raikan, if you read this could you please give me feedback, your tips have often helped me in the past.

I'm currently playing David Villa as a poacher, and he spent so much of the season on the left wing as an inside forward, and hes got 28 in 33, which is great, but i quite often get 5.8 rating performances from him, say once every few games. I know in actuality David Villa is very consistent (although he maybe wouldnt score 28 in 33), so is it the way im playing him leading to these poor performances? Playing as the lone striker, is there a way for me to get more out of him?

Im certainly no raikan, however, if your playing him as lone striker in my opinion he needs high attribute in strength, (i dont think villa is very strong) so he may be getting out muscled by these strong defendefrs and cant get in behind if there playing a deep defensive line, so he may be isolated up there, when he gets the ball he is pushed off by stronger defenders, loses the ball and therefore gets a bad rating.

Dzeko/Lukaku and Rooney/Macheda/Munian

What roles do I need to assign them to get the best out of them as a pair ?

I hve tried Dzeko/Lukaku partnership and i dont think it works but i would play;
Dzeko - Target Man Attack Lukaku - Deep Lying Support
Rooney - Advanced Forward Attack/ Macheda - Poaher - Support Munian - Deep Lying Support

In my formation I play Rooney-Poacher & Dzeko-Target man (Attack). Rooney has been scoring freely but dzeko struggles a lot. :S

Is there any way i can pair Dzeko and Rooney and get them both to score ??

Im playing aguero with rooney

Aguero- Poacher working well
Rooney-Complete Forward Suport not working so well i tried putting his motive as atack but still same performances. This role works well when i play berbatov instead of rooney but wanna play rooney instead obviously :p
Got rooney as my target man to feet
What role for rooney? dont wanna change agueros role
Also should i have aguero as target man instead?

Yannick Djalo/Luiz Suarez
Artem Milevskyi/Baptista
Lukaku/ Pacheco.

Been playing with one deep-lying (Milev) advanced left striker and Suarez in a poacher roll mostly, but I could do with some suggestions to get more out of my strikers.

Funny fact: Amidst beasts like Milevski/Suarez/Adler/Baptista/Sakho/Zucholini for some unknown reason Djalo has been made a Legend in my Ajax save. Jorgensen made it to Icon status, and all the real stars are only favoured personelle :P

Luis Suarez - Trequartista, but if you ask me, he plays better as AMR - Inside Foward
Milevskyi - Target Man - Attack
Julio Baptista - Target Man or Deep Lying Foward, also AML - Inside Foward
Lukaku - Dont know how good he is in your save, but Target Man suits him very well
Pacheco - German Pacheco or Daniel Pacheco? For the first one, Target Man or Poacher, for the second, I would say AMC - Advanced Playmaker/ Trequartista or ST role - Trequartista

Ozil - AML or AMC - Advanced Playmaker or Trequartista
Pedro Leon - AMR - Advanced Playmaker
Higuain - Advanced Foward - Destroyer
Benzema - Trequartista

Aguero - Trequartista, Poacher, or advanced Foward, plays very good at all three duties, but the last one is the best for him
Milevskyi - target Man - attack
Forlan - Complete foward
Buonanotte - AML or AMC - advanced playmaker
Simão - AML - inside foward

What role suits Ribery the best? I'm currently playing him as AML and he's not really convincing as inside forward. Also what would be the best roles for Adebayor+Tevez(4-4-2)? I'm currenty using Tevez as advanced forward and Adebayor as Target man and it works pretty decent but I think there's room for improvement.
