What Tactic Suits My Team?

I need some tactical help.. I am in my 4th season in charge of Man Utd, currently in the 2014/2015 season, I have had relative success with them, 4th or better in each season.
But this year I cannot seem to find the goals to keep my title dream alive. I have, what I think is a good side, that should be capable of winning every match they play..

I am looking for a tactic which will allow me to use my best players in their best positions.
My full team is, with who I think are definite starters in bold:

GK: Mandanda, Fabianski, Clay(regen)
FB: Mattock, Regini, Vanden Borre, Solly
CB: Ferdinand, Vidic, Rodwell, Ricketts(regen)
WG: Ronaldo, Vukcevic, Mollo, Drinkwater
MD: Capoue, Montolivo, Delph
ST: Keirrison, Rooney, Fleck, Spencer(regen), Bencik(regen), Greaves(Regen)

My main problem has been finding a tactic that suits these guys, but also works..
Anyone got any ideas??
 
hi!

i need one realy good tactic for Arsenal, i played only one season and we were on 4 place, now, we are on 3 place but we lose easy match in competitions. i think one biggest problem is shooting. i give you a link of last match against HSV and my players. At HSV match i use Lee's Liverpool tactic.

can you recommend me, maybe tactic that others do at this forum.

What tactic should I use for Chelsea? First season.

This is the formation I'm playing at the minute, it's working, unbeaten in the first 8 league games. But I'm getting way to many draws, 5 wins & 3 draws. Just wondered what people thought? Should I keep it or is there a better one for my team?
 
hi guys am new to this i've started a game with rangers i'm in january in my 1st season and i'm 6th :O i really need help with my tactics i dont know how to get screen shots up so i have just typed my team (i'm usless i know) so if sumone can just get back to me with a good tactic it will be very appreciated THANKS

Desperatley need a tactic with blue, my first season in prem
been tookover using the database to make it like the actual blues takeover.

RBs: Carr, Parnaby, Zebina
CBs: Dann, Johnson, Ridgewell
LBs: Quedrue, Vignal, Bale (January)
RMs: Larsson, O'Shea
CMs: Carsley, Bowyer, Tainio, Ferguson, Torbinsky, Fahey
LMs: McFadden, McSheffery
ST: Cole, Beniyez, Jerome, Pavlychenko, O'Connor

ok guys need a quick answer if possible, i am charlton with 1 game to go need a win to stay up so if anyone can suggest one for me quickly it will be much appreciated. sort of like a survival tactic.
