Well Id sell Dzeko and Milvyski in the nest 2 or 3 years im not sure bout Artem but Edins stats start to drop drastically when he becomes 30.
Other than that the team looks good.
Probably sign someone better than Navas.
Suarez or even better would be aleis sanchez(starts at udinese could be anywhere in to 2013.

I can sell a bit if needed, Fabio is worth about 15million now but he has been growing fast as he is a very good young defender, Teams like Valencia have been offering 14.5m + Extras. But i would rather not sell him, Need some ideas thanks.

You need a world class DM. Though it's hard to get that for 20m. Song is decent, but he isn't great in FM.

Fabregas is trained as a DMC for me atm. Not using him that much as a defensive player, but he's decent at the DMC for me. Because of his passing etc.
Can I have some suggestions for why I should buy and sell?

Imo, you need to get a GK and an attacking mid which can play both sides.
