if you're looking at those two, then Milevskyi if you want a good player now, but if you buy Lukaku and build him up for about 4 years he usually becomes one of the top strikers in the world and worth about 25 million

The formation I am using this time does not need DM's so Mendes can go and with 1 striker and 3 AM I can let a couple of strikers go. I am mostly looking for AM, central and right and a CH.

If anyone can suggest players for those positions at low/zero and maybe a few players I could sell and replace with cheaper options i would be eternally grateful

Depending on your database you might be able to sign Ebi Smolarek on a free. If not try to loan a few players.
