This tactic isn't getting the attention it deserves. Blown Eusebios away in my Stockport save. 2027 and was doing well. Top 4 every year won last 2 league titles but this has pushed my team in to that elite level. Lost 1 of first 20 and I'm convinced that's because of me hitting the wrong button in error during a team talk! Sorry can't do screen shots (ageing gamer!).

I tried a couple of other tactics but had to come back to this. Won 4 straight premier league titles and my first champions league title in fm 16. Best tactic by miles in my book from this years edition.
