12.2.2. It worked for me with Inter, I won serie a 2 times in 2 seasons with 106 and 99 points.

I normally like playing 3-5-2, but love look of this formation.
Currently playing in League two with my beloved Pompey were in 16th coming up to Xmas, gone give this a try and see how it plays in league two.
Will post up how it goes.
