how about the training? same? they keep on getting injured a lot in the 3.0

It is in the tactic. I already changed the schedule for Water 4.0, though.

Training is the same, and you will get lots of injuries if you don't set your players to rest when not in excellent conditions. You can do it automatically in the medical centre.
