Are there any good databases to take the English leagues to level 10?

Can anyone recommend a good English lower league database update? I have looked in the downloads section but they all seem to have comments saying the database has error messages.

Next question....When I test the rules, I keep getting told that 'Date 19.6.2012 is not within the season date range' for Regional Premier Division. I can't find that date anywhere it the setting to change, and wondered if anyone knew where to look?

How much scouting do you put in before you decide to sign a new player? I used to just get the first scout report and make a decision there and then. I quickly learnt the more you scout the more accurate a report you will receive. But it seems no matter how much I scout a player before signing...

I got the same problem after buying mine from a store. Has only started happening the last few days, and I wouldnt say it has made the game unplayable because it only happens every so often. But I have had to set my game to save daily as I have already lost and been forced to replay some big games.

I've felt like that. Like Flamengo I've started pausing the game when I make a change, because the number I've times I've changed my tactic/made a sub and something always happens in the game that makes the change I've made pointless
