I really want a 4-2-3-1 to work for everyone. It's the formation I like to use if I can, I think most of us do. Lets hope this does the trick. It looks promising with my saves, But it needs testing with you guys, so here it is.
I've been playing with this on all my saves since the ME beta and it evolved from the 99 tactic which worked so well. Just used it in my Joint Scottish Welsh Irish database which you can find here https://fm-base.co.uk/resources/swi-leagues-scottish-welsh-irish-pyramid.492/ And it works fantastically.

My striker scored 46 goals in 36 games! Which is what I found promising obviously. Also was first season in top division in a much stronger Scottish league and was predicted 16th and finished 2nd which was brilliant.
Important Information
Throw Ins (Attribute above 12) If they have a long flat throw even better.
Left back-Left Throws
Right back- Right Throws
Corners (Attribute above 12)
Set to a winger. I like it on the Inside Forward
Training - Assistant
Tactical Briefing -- Assistant
Oppo Instructions - Assistant
