well my f9 is scoring more than the poacher where as last season it was the other way round

I definitely think it's to do with the familiarity. Even if the familiarity levels are 100%, everyone seems a little hesitant when playing which is classic unfamiliarity to me. I'm a good few games in since patch now and we just put 7 past West Brom, so it seems to improve over time. I will try it with a few different teams over a few saves and see if I can pick up on anything obvious.

with exact same tactic? im having alot of chances but only winning by odd goal, im no where near fluent yet mind

The same, yeah. It's playing a little differently though. I'm trying changes to the fluidity currently. Changed it to Fluid, but It will need a fair few games to check it properly.
 
im still beating teams, conceding a few more, but still scoring alot. AM not doing much mind
 
The first touch of players is noticeably less consistent in this patch, so I've slowed the speed down to Higher Tempo. Again, still testing ;)
 
just went to the Nou Camp and beat Barcelona 3-1, and 5-2 on aggregate. But then struggle to beat newcastle away........ up and down form. Although im 6 points clear at top of Premier league.
 
The tactic is really solid. I've also been over to FM Stories and in two of them, they are using this tactic (Aldershot Town and Southampton).

I thought i would give this tactic a whirl with everton & not expecting alot i set the target of champions league place. I was very much surprised by the results. Mame Diouf finished 2nd top scorer of the season & i beat Man City home & away. Only disappointing thing i have to say is lost both derby's to Liverpool! Looking forward to building upon this success and playing champs league football next season.

Dont think so. The biggest problem would be the Half back and getting him to sit in defence all the time. The Regista could be a DLP and the F9 a deep forward....perhaps...
 
Im super busy over Christmas currently but Im glad this is still working. When I get back in the new year = visitng the Mrs in Prague currently = I will upload a slightly different version of this tactic to use in order to keep opposition teams guessing. It will be exactly the same principles but with tweaked team instructions and a 424 formation with the 2 advanced midfielders playing as roaming inside forwards. Should be fun :D
