If you can give some advice on the players attributes needed for each position.

i tried to play ur tac but not as successful as you are....

I am just uploading first episode with Levante.

in this episode you will see how I create game and how I do initial planing of my team.

Wingbacks must have crossing only? How about pace, speed, tackling?

And how about the 2 strikers, what are the must have attributes?

Rest is understandable

I have a few questions in this tactic. Does this tactic usually work better in the home or away?

With the Everton team I lost to the last row of the league.

What do you think is the problem with that?

I entered the season without transfer
 
with the midfielders, do they need to have good long shot? If so, what if that he is NOT willing to have long shots or smash the ball Traits trained, is it worth keeping these guys?

Mezzala needs to have long shot it is mandatory.

Train him for long shot keep trying .

Trait is just bonus,but long shot atribute is mandatory atleast 13 for young player.
 
I converted knap tactics to similar formation, roles etc. and it works better for me.

All 3 of them, or just the Mez needing the long shot?
 
Results for minor changes in knap tactics ... I repeat that role and formation are similar to 3-5-2

I dont have the players u mentioned, that's why i am not getting the same results.....so i am correct:

wingback

pace ,acceleration, crossing work rate at least 14

strikers

finishing,composure,off the ball,heading,work rate,pace,aceleration. atleast 13

Mez

Dribbling, passing, LONG shots (MUST)

DLP

Tackling, pos, pass

Def

Pace, acceleration, jump, head, position, tackling, mark


Right?

Still not sure is it better for home or away I think is pretty good overall.

Need more testing.

with Lisa tweak on holiday mode title in first season with Werder default team.

When I play it by myself lost first 4 away games with big margin as Leicester.

I told people that Holiday mode results are not similar when you play it by yourself and now I am sure.

Basically all afternoon doing test of this version and I am not happy for now.

I will do more testing.
