Could you please advice me how to find right players for position in Libero Offensive or Balkan style? It is enought to follow main atributes for each role?
Lets say I need Segundo Volante (Support) for Libero Offensive tactic.

My current team is Sporting Lisbon

Then I found main attributes for that role ( each at least 14+ ):
Marking
Passing
Tackling
Off the ball
Positioning
Work rate
Pace
Stamina

Preferable attributes (each at least 10+):
Finishing
First Touch
Long Shots
Anticipation
Composure
Concentration
Decisions
Acceleration
Balance
Strenght

Is it good way to find right players?

With new database Mandzukic is on free transfer option.

I woul like to try leeds with latest database.

Rodrigo left,Mandzukic central,Brewster right he can be loaned.

Ajer from Celtic as Libero

And rest money to spend on wingbacks

This tactique is good at home but really difficult vs biggest team away.... and i play with atletico madrid. Im sad cause i like this formation... Somebody know what we have to do to not loose all away games ?

Maybe just drop one AF in to midfield adding another Mezzala and move DLP in to middle, which gives You a flat 352.

Or just go cautious if You want same formation

I have this tactique already but its not a 343

If you struggle in big games change mentality to balanced.

Also try to use different tactic if need,plenty of them here.

With the most recent 3-4-3 tactic that has been used with your Parma save, I seem to not be creating many chances from open play and scoring the majority of my goals from set pieces. Possibly still needing my front 3 to click and my wing backs to learn their roles properly though

left wing back needs atleast crosing 14 and dribling 13 he crosses alot

He will do atleast 15 asists per season if he is good.

Digne done 29 asist in 29 games in my Everton test.

I dont remember now how many goals I scored from set pieces forgoted to check.

I am still using my old set piece setup and was working for me.

I didnt assigned nobody to take set pieces,if I am correct with Parma my dlp was taking set pieces.

I never assign full backs or wing backs to take set pieces I prefer to keep this two at back during corners.

Normally my 3 central defenders are tall with high jumping reach so they never staying back during corners.

When I start again with You tube caries I will be more focused when playing for now mostly I do fast tests for fun.

I started to play with Leeds,with plan to try sign Mandzukic on free transfer but I failed with that.

With a lot of new players and hard schedule on start I decided to use Balanced mentality.

I saw a lot of issues in my current squad even I am aware that they need time to adapt.

The players what I payed most for now they are not overpeforming.

Wind striker in first 5 games was mising alot of chances and scoring only from penalties but he started to play better.

Brewster can play only on right side he struggles on left.

Longstaf playing decently in build up but he struggles with possession recovery.

defensively I dont feel strong at all but still I have 20m for future transfers.

I would like to buy top keeper in January preferably Pope from Burnley.

Like always I will observe my games and try to improve my perfomanse.

In second half season I need to play alot of away games against big names so I need to find way how to beat them.

For away I added to be more disciplined and increased passing slightly.

I hope today I will even more adjust away tactic atleast with my Leeds for now is working fine.

I destroying with latest updated away tactic.

here I scored 6 goals in avay against leicster with one less player.

I changed some roles and some other things for now working great.
