I actually a little behind in posting. Actually in Jan. right now. I will say that there is some crazy stuff that comes up. Or at least I think it is so I haven't posted it since the WC is on. Yeah its been a fun season so far. Bad news coming, some surprises too (which had me torn of just sitting looking at the screen for a couple of minutes of "wtf do I do now"). Will try to post everything tonight where I am at or close too it. Just got done playing the 360 with some friends so before bed will try to play and post some months.

League and ECC Standings

View attachment 74979View attachment 74980

In the ECC we are one foot through the group stages. While the were expected to end the first leg with a 1-1-1 record they did the shocker and finished with a 2-0-1 record. Only way they are out is if Bordeaux wins out, and they lost to Chelsea heavily the first time. Plus Bordeaux has to travel to CSKA to play their game. In the league they are in first (which isn‘t shocking) but what is shocking is the only five point lead they have over Beroe. With the blistering rate they are scoring goals (4.3 goals a game) they are giving up around a goal every three games.

Games (goals total will now be in what type of competition)

View attachment 74981

ECC GdB Leg 1
: Again the bookies said that CSKA would have a tough chance. First half would be a feeling match to see how each team played. Second half would finally see the offenses coming alive. Brunclik would take a long shot about thirty yards out. Goalie could only get a hand on it and the rebound went straight to Alipio (3rd, 4th) would blast it in the opposite corner. Just a couple minutes later the Reds would give it back to Alipio who would rocket a shot so hard the goalie didn’t stand a chance. Bordeaux would tie the game up in which looked to be off sides, but the linesman flag stayed down.

View attachment 74982

League Game 8: Alipio and Rukavytsya would get the game off. Most would think that it would limit there chances to score. That just went that Obaje and Stoykov would get the start. For a league game that is still very good lineup, and between those two they scored five goals. Stoykov (1st, 2nd) would have two and Obaje (1st, 2nd, 3rd) would have the hat trick. The defense was too worried about Stepanovic (5th) since he was hands down the most dominating player on the pitch. He would start the scoring off, but after that would be doubled the whole game which open up the other scoring. Omozusi (1st) and Tonev (1st) but got their first league goals in this game as CSKA sets a new team record by most goals scored.

View attachment 74983

League Game 9: Coach Ryan though about benching Stoykov this game. He decided to go against that and it was a good call as he scored two goals (3rd, 4th) in this game. Obaje (4th) looked to be in good form from his hat trick last game as he also had two assists. Defender Addy (1st, 2nd) would be the first defender to score twice in a game under coach Ryan. Ribeiro streak of 270 minutes of without giving up a goal ended today in the 58th minute. While that record was broken the team ties another record for most consecutive games won which is 16.

View attachment 74984View attachment 74985

ECC Chelsea Leg 1: While everyone was hoping the record would fall this game it wouldn’t. In league game its been the normal that CSKA would score five goals a game. This game another five goals would be scored, but this time it wouldn’t fall under CSKA’s name. They would score at the beginning of the second half to keep it a close 2-1 game, but two quick goals would seal the loss for them in the 62nd minute.

View attachment 74986

League Game 10: A third of the season is done and CSKA is sitting pretty with an prefect record right now. Most people though there would be a dip in league play after the loss to Chelsea, but another shutout and five goal game for the Aremytsites. Brunclik would fight through injury with two goals (2nd, 3rd). Only another player would score as it would be Alipio and his hat trick (3rd, 4th, 5th).

View attachment 74987View attachment 74988

League Game 11: The Reds would score five goals again. However, the game ended in a 1-0 win cause four goals were called offsides. Surprising the only one that was allowed was by hometown hero Stoykov (5th) who has been rumored of being sold of late. Even with the only goal that counted it was a little worrisome against the third place team when three people fell to injuries. Only one is out for more than two weeks, but they all still finished the game.

League and ECC Standings

View attachment 75027View attachment 75026

It looks as if CSKA will be moving pass the group stages again. They look to be slight underdogs and as long as they don’t lose more than by four they are in. They did bench all of their strikers and most of their team against the home game against Chelsea and only lost 2-1 so the chances look great for them. As for league play they are perfect though half the season. They have a nice nine point lead. While it looks very unrealistic of them losing first they do have a chance of hitting the 100 goal mark if the strikers can kept their form up. However the further they push in the ECC the more games and less break they will break for league games.

Games (goals total will now be in what type of competition)

View attachment 75010

League Game 12: A double yellow would send off Hosny right before halftime for Loko. During that point they played very competitive and gave the league leaders a run for their money as they were only up 1-nil at half. After the red CSKA, who normally doesn’t play well against ten men, got things going and put in three more goals. Alipio (6th) kept this good form of late, but it would be Rukavytsya who normally scores twice every league game came away with a hat trick today (11th, 12th, 13th) who was finally healthy to play in a league game. Another shutout puts Ribeiro streak at 277 minutes.

View attachment 75011

ECC Chelsea Leg 2: This game was over before it started. Coach Ryan is now being said to have thrown the game as he would rest a couple of his players. He responded to that with, “Listen. We have injuries and a couple of our normal starters are tired. I don’t want to have a couple of other starters go down in a meaningless game. We are playing at home and still expected to lose. I rather rest up my players for the next two ECC games and try our luck on the roll of those two dice.” Fans however didn’t see it that way as they only loss by one. They knew if we had our starters in we could of tied or even won the game. Obaje (2nd) would be the only scorer for CSKA in this game.

View attachment 75012

League Game 13: The battle between the top two teams would take place. If there was an doubt that it would be close would come at the hands of the fans of Beroe. Everyone else knew CSKA was superior and that’s what happened. Bedia (2nd) would finally start to play at a slower pace got a goal. Again another hat trick for Rukavytsya (14th, 15th, 16th) and looks to seal up the leagues top goal scorer even after getting injured for a couple of league games. While the scoreless streak for Ribeiro ended last game he continues it with league play to four games.

View attachment 75028View attachment 75013View attachment 75014

Bulgarian Cup Round 2: Ribeiro streak of four games would come to an end as two goals would be scored again him. What is more concerning is that two goals were scored. Confidence is running sky high and they might be a little too confident. “Hopefully this brings them down and while we are perfect in the league shows that even when we are playing good we are not invisible.” said the coach. Rukavytsya scored twice (3rd, 4th) in this game. Stepanovic (1st) would have a beautiful goal that most people think will make goal of the week list. Also that goal would end his 383 minute scoreless streak. The last to score for the team was Alipio (1st) who’s first shot would be blocked but followed up for the rebound shot. Worst news came a couple days later when they lose two starters from getting injured in training session and one was their goalie. Now their chances in the ECC just got slimmer since CSKA has no decent backup goalie.

View attachment 75015

League Game 14: With Ribeiro out for four weeks fans were worried that this would be the downfall in league play. Stepanovic (6th) would settle everyone’s mind in 22 seconds as he gave his team the lead. Rukavytsya would end his two game hat trick with this game. He did score once (17th) two minutes later to give a quick 2-0 lead and to calm the new goalie down. Late sub Obaje (5th) would add in one more for insurance, but it didn’t matter since Petrov posted a shutout.

View attachment 75016View attachment 75017

ECC Austria Wien Leg 2: The Reds were slight underdogs which I think a lot of people though they were heavy underdogs with the injury to Ribeiro. Again two quick goals, not as quick as last game, but in the first ten minutes they got goals from Gueye (1st, 2nd) and Rukavytsya (8th). They would add two more goals before half by Tonev (1st) and Stoykov (1st) who was playing left back due to the injuries and suspensions CSKA had. Gueye would get his second goal off of a PK kick. Even after Paulo who was defensive midfielder today got a red card in the 82nd minute still Austia Wien couldn’t score.

View attachment 75018

League Game 15: Done with half of the season. 15 games in 15 straight wins for CSKA. Petrov got his third straight start and got his third straight shutout for a total of 315 minutes. So much for the scouts saying that a defender would be better at goalie than him. Again majority of the goals came in the first half as Tonev (2nd), Stepanovic (7th), and Cesar (2nd) all got in the action. Second half they got a couple of chances, but seemed to play more cautious and looked to ensure the shutout.

Coach Ryan got rid of some more dead wood on the senior squad this month. In the past three years he only played in nine games for the team, and with his poor attitude and lack of fitness (got injured it seemed like every 2 games he played) the coach though it was the best time to get rid of him.

View attachment 75029

Bulgarian Cup Round 3: Finally the mighty fall. CSKA will not be able to claim this year’s Bulgarian Cup for the fourth time. The Reds would score to avoid the shutout with Alipio (2nd) and Rukavytsya (5th) as they would score in the first half. They had a couple of chances in the second half, but it was either straight to the goalie or wide of the goal. Petrov scoreless streak ends at 315 minutes. Coach Ryan didn’t seem to mind and actually was relieved. “We are out of that competition. Sure we wanted to win it, but we have other goals in mind. As of now this just gives our team rest between those other games and we can now be focus on our goals that we set at the beginning of the year.

View attachment 75030

ECC Girondins Bordeaux Leg 2: CSKA looked like they could beat them with ten men, and they would for the final twenty minutes of the game as a double yellow sent off Brunclik who was playing out of position (normally midfield and now defensive midfield). Three goals in the first half by Alipio (4th, 5th) and Bedia (1st) would be enough to advance them from the group stages. A late goal conceded was after the red card, but Ryan didn’t care since his team won and is moving on.

With losing money every money due to wages, we are still under it like 165K (before sale) they decided to sell their big buyer this year in Stepanovic. He was only with the club for half a year, but the coach though the ten million more than what we brought him in for was too good to refuse so he is now off the team.

Someone young? check. Someone who is good for a backup? check. Add depth to the defensive line? check. Someone who is cheap? double check. While they were looking for a new defender for depth they found him and instead of paying for him like some people for the transfer fee, CSKA was able to sign him straight up without a fee. Can't beat that.

League Standings

View attachment 75240

Almost two-thirds done with the season (1 more game and it would be) and CSKA is still perfect. Two burning questions are now being talked about. One is where CSKA break 100 goals on the year, and two is will they go undefeated. Confidence is running high in the ECC as they came back at home to win the first leg. Can they advance or will it be a quick shower for them this year in the ECC.

Games (goals total will now be in what type of competition)

View attachment 75241

League Game 16: First game in over two and a half months of where Ribeiro played in. He looked rusty out there. Sure they only scored once late in the second half, but they only had four shots. He wasn’t the only one who looked rusty out there as the team didn’t start to score until the second half. Rukavytsya (18th), Obaje (6th), and Alipio (7th, 8th) took care of business. “This is the time we always start to do bad. We are normally worried about the ECC, Bulgarian Cup, and with the time off it takes awhile. It was a good showing in the second half, but lets just get back to how we played for the first half of the season.” coach Ryan said after the game.

View attachment 75242

League Game 17: CSKA would have five shots in the first ten minutes. Couldn’t manage to score, but Dunav first shot would put them in the lead in the fourteenth minute. Coach Ryan was fuming on the sidelines and was seen making some gestures to his strikers. Alipio (9th) would even up the game. Second half would be a different story. Rukavytsya knew he was coming out so he would break the tie (19th). Obaje (7th) would put the game out of reach with a goal that was questionable of being offside. Cesar (3rd) would ice the game as he would head home a goal off the post on a corner kick.

View attachment 75243

League Game 18: Scoring still in bunches for the team. Coach Ryan was more impress they got back to their own form where they posted a shut out. Couldn’t of come at a better time since ECC game is right around the corner. Two goals from Obake (8th, 9th) and Rukavytsya (20th, 21st) and halftime sub Stoykov (6th).

View attachment 75244

ECC Knockout Leg 1: CSKA would face this team a couple years ago in the group stages. They didn’t fare so well against them as they were 0-0-2 with 10-3 in goal differential. Majority of the attack for CSKA would be new players and with that it would sway the power to them at home as they snuck out a win. Down 2-nil really quick they would start their clawing back right before half. Obaje (3rd) would start it up with a run-around-the-keeper for a tap in. Next was Alipio (6th) to tie the game and then Rukavytsya (9th) to win the game in the 69th minute. Both of those players weren’t register or not on the team the last time they played.

View attachment 75245

League Game 19: Closest odds for CSKA to be underdogs, yes we have been favorite for every game, on the road coach Ryan was worried this might be a hard game. Still CSKA breezed by them. So much they had more goals than Levski had shots (3). Rukavytsya (22nd, 23rd) scored twice to start the rout. The second half it would be Bedia (3rd) who would be up for shot of the week for 25 yards away, and Obaje (10th) who is the second player on CSKA to break double digits in the league.

Coach Ryan went back to his old ways of bringing more money into the club than spending it. The greater goal is that hopefully with the money the club can start to bring in top players, like wonderkids, and this will only work if the club grows and they have the money. Being finally listed as a richest club is a start and this year it looks as if they can go only up. Ryan was sad to bring in Stepanovic only to lose him almost a year later, but while he wasn’t register for the ECC its not that big of a loss.

League Standings

Sorry forgot to take a pic of the standings. Only a couple of things needed to know. Will CSKA go undefeated on the year (still perfect)? When will they break 100 goals since they are at 96 right now? And will they end the year with a bigger goal differential than points in the league? Right now only G.D. is done.

Games (goals total will now be in what type of competition)

View attachment 75272

League Game 20: CSKA keeps on trucking as they pull out another big scoring night. Alipio (10th, 11th) becomes the third person on the team to break double digits in the league. Gueye (1st, 2nd) got two as well in his first league game of the season (he lead the team in scoring for one season). Cesar (4th) continues to be around the ball on corners and free kicks as he got the deflection off of a free kick to score a goal.

View attachment 75273

League Game 21: Coach Ryan would bench some starters to rest them for the ECC leg two coming up. It looked to be a dangerous call since the chemistry wasn’t all there. Sure they had a bunch of shots (24), but nothing was very dangerous. Alipio (12th, 13th, 14th) would finally show up for Armeytsite as he would get a hat trick and seal the win.

View attachment 75274View attachment 75275

ECC Knockout Leg 2: At the beginning of the match the odds were stacked totally against CSKA on the road. By the stats you would think that it was a dead even match. CSKA actually had the better stats, and even had a 2-nil lead at half. Bayern finally realized what as at stake and started to play. Two goals within ten minutes and CSKA started to worry. Still all they had to do was not give up two more goals in the final ten minutes and they would move on. That would be the case as they would end the tie and the fans for CSKA would start the party.

View attachment 75276

League Game 22: Lately CSKA hasn’t been scoring bunch in the first half and finishing off the game strong. This time they would open up the first half with a 3-nil lead, but then would whimper off in the second half. Stoykov (7th), Rukavytsya (24th), and Paulo (2nd) would do all the damage and would give Coach Adam Ryan his 154th win on his birthday. Now bad for a 31 year old manager who has won 66 percent of his games.

View attachment 75277View attachment 75278

League Game 23: Rukavytsya would get back on track this game as he scored two goals (25th, 26th). While that was enough to seal the win Alipio (15th) got in on the action as well. Two other goals were in by Stoykov but he was offside. Slavia did lose its 389 minutes of not conceding a goal.

League Standings

View attachment 75323

League is already wrapped up. Question is with three more games can they get three more wins for the perfect season. They finally broke the 100 goals in a season, and have a +94 in G.D. while they only have 81 points in the league so it looks as if that is accomplished as well. Going to the finals in just his fifth year at CSKA there is talks that this will be Adam Ryan's last year at this team. Coach Ryan hasn't admitted to anything, but did say that a couple of people might be sold for the outrageous prices they are getting offered for them. As for making the finals they will have to face off against Chelsea. Last year they knocked them out of the ECC in the quarter finals. This year they were 0-0-2 against them in group stage, but lets all remember they lost 2-1 at home with half of their starters getting a rest or were injured at the time. Could this be the end of an unbelieveable season? Maybe it was a good thing that CSKA lost in the Bulgarian Cup cause those extra games would put more of a strain on these players already.

Games (goals total will now be in what type of competition)

View attachment 75293

ECC Quarter Finals Leg 1: Juventus would outshoot CSKA three-to-one in this game. Still at the end of the regulation the game was tied. Coach Ryan wanted a tie. What he got though was a win. “Our strikers Alipio and Obaje didn’t have the best games. Stoykov and Gueye would come in around the 85th minute. Gueye (8th) would give us all hope as he scored off of a header in the top corner to give us the game. It was one of the most exciting moments of my life.” coach Ryan said after the emotion win.

View attachment 75294

League Game 24: Rukavytsya (27th) would continue his scoring streak to open up this game. Brunclik (4th) would score by a rocket shot from outside 25 feet which would deflect off of two people. The pinball effect wouldn’t end in the first half as Omozusi (2nd) would score off of a header which bounced off two people before he got his head on it. Stoykov (8th) would finish off the scoring for the team as it inches closer to that 100 goal mark. Currently sitting at 92 goals on the year with six games left. With this win they clinched first place in the league for the fifth straight year. This coming the fastest ever under coach Ryan.

View attachment 75295

ECC Quarter Finals Leg 2: Kalou would score in the 10th minute for Juventus. Surprising he would end his 2111 scoring drought. Yes that is right 2,111 minute scoring drought. Everyone though that would be the start to a dominating win. Hold your horses since there would only be one other goal in this game and it would come at the feet of a second half sub to CSKA. That’s right Paulo (1st) came in as a striker and would be the hero of the moment as they move on to the Semi’s. The game as actually surprising close, but coach Ryan will take the tie.

View attachment 75296

League Game 25: Normally Armeytsite comes out taking shots left and right. Normally that means at least thirteen shots. Both of these teams combined for thirteen shots in this game. CSKA only had nine shots, but still came away with a big shutout win. They had possession a lot and actually picked their spots for shots. It would work out in the first half as they scored four times on seven shots. Cesar (5th) would start things out on a rebound off of a corner. Next was Stoykov (9th) who is getting closer to double digits. Lazaro (1st) would get his first goal in any game this year. Last was Alipio (16th) who used his power to hit one under the crossbar for the goal.

View attachment 75297

League Game 26: Four games left and it looks as if it will come next game for 100 goals. People thought it was this game since all they needed was four goals. They would come one shy of it today. Stoykov would kick the party off with a header over two guys (10th) and would be the third person for this team to score in double figures. Rukavytsya (28th, 29th) would come closer to 30 goals on the year. While it wasn’t a challenge cause its pretty impossible is that with the PK kick by Iliev by Cherno more means that CSKA has given up 10 goals on the year.

View attachment 75298

ECC Semi Final Leg 1: This game would be on the road for Armeytsite. They would need all the help in this game to have a chance. Rukavytsya who was suppose to dominate Juventus (0 goals) came alive early in this game (10th) to give CSKA the lead. It would last a whole five minutes before the equalizer from Bale. Going into the second half they were tied which is exactly what the coach wanted. It would be short lived as Rooney would hit an impossible shot from 35 yards away to give them a lead. After an own goal three minutes later it looked to be over for CSKA. Their magical run would end as there were just three minutes of stoppage time and down by two. Rukavytsya would have a break away and would be foul in the penalty box which would cut the lead to one after Gueye (9th) would sneak it past the GK in the corner off of the PK. Some life has came back to CSKA. Foster would lose his 235 minute streak without conceding a goal.

View attachment 75303

League Game 27: CSKA has done it. With need one goal for the mystical century mark it would only take 16 minutes to get that. They wouldn’t stop their as they would go on to destory Loko in this game. Rukavytsya (30th, 31st) becomes the first player under coach Ryan to score 30 league goals. He would have had his 32nd and his hat trick, but his shot would beat the goalie and hit the post. It would come back out and as the goalie was getting up it would hit him and roll back in the goal for an own goal. Alipio would be taken down hard and was injured on the play in the box. It would set up a PK which he would take to score (17th). Payne would get in on the action as well to round off the scoring for CSKA with his first goal of the year.

View attachment 75304View attachment 75305View attachment 75306

ECC Semi Leg 2: The magical run of CSKA continues. Right now luck is with them and if you don’t believe in luck you have to believe in Rukavytsya. He (11th) would get the fans on their feet in just the fifth minute. After Vidal would get a straight red in the nineteenth minute it looked as if CSKA would do it. Gueye (10th) would continue his blazing form to give CSKA a cushion. Rooney would bring them back by one early in the second half, but with the agg. going to CSKA, ManU would need another goal to survive. Alipio would score in the 63rd minute, but it would be called off. Payne would pick up his second yellow which meant both squads were with ten men for the final five minutes. CSKA would hold on and would finally make it to the finals of the ECC.

League Standings

View attachment 75415

Everyone had a feeling half way through the season that it would be a perfect season for CSKA. After the final game and a 4-0 win it was. They do the double as they win the ECC in which all the stars would align. Things are looking up now for CSKA.

Games (goals total will now be in what type of competition)

View attachment 75399

League Game 28: Coach Ryan would give his strikers a rest to bring in some fresh faces who haven’t played much this year while keeping his defense in tack. Apparently it looked as if the defense was new as this game was exciting from the get go and wouldn’t end until the final whistle. Lazaro (2nd, 3rd) and Paulo (3rd, 4th) would both score two goals and it would be Paulo’s last goal that would keep the undefeated streak alive.

View attachment 75400

League Game 29: Another game before the ECC final and he would rest some starters to keep them rested, and an unluckily injury, but hopes to not tempt a tight game like the last one. This one is suppose to be a blow out, not like playing the third place team either like last game. Adam Ryan was debating on resting Vidanov since he was tired, but with the lack of depth at defensive backs he got the start. He wouldn’t disappoint either by scoring early in the first half (2nd). Hometown hero Stoykov would do the rest as he would score twice (11th, 12th) to help seal the win.

View attachment 75401View attachment 75402

ECC FINAL: The Magical run has came down to the final two weeks in May. First is this game in which no one expected them to be here. **** even coach Ryan didn’t think this was possible. “I was just hoping to get out of the group stage this year. With the injury to some people and especially to Ribeiro I though our chances were very slim. We pulled together and everything started to fall into place. I don’t know if we are destine to win, but if we lose I feel that it is going to be heartbreaking for this team.” This game would probably be one of the best finals in recent memories too. Chelsea decided to flex their muscles first as they would score two goals in the first 23 minutes. Rukavytsya would cut the lead by one. Would be short lived as Suarez would push the lead back by two and looked as if halftime it would be 3-1. Omozusi (1st) would get lucky on a header that hit off the goalies hands and the crossbar to bring it back to one. Rukavytsya would score his second right before half to tie the game up. Four minutes into the second half he would get the hat trick (14th, 15th, 16th) to give the underdogs the lead. Obaje (4th) would seal the game as he would end his 473 scoreless streak as CSKA would win their first ECC championship ever in team history.

View attachment 75403

League Game 30: Final game would come and go. They would already be champs, but were proud that they were able to finish the regular season perfect. With the perfect season they would also be perfect in this game as they posted yet again another shutout. Obaje (11th), Brunclik (5th), and two by Rukavytsya (32nd, 33rd) would add the goals on to make this the best team probably ever assembled in the Bulgarian League. If this season was exciting the off-season is suppose to have as much excitement as well.

NEWS CONFERENCE

View attachment 75639View attachment 75640

Adam Ryan did the impossible last year. Went undefeated in the league, with basically only one game that was a challenge, and won the ECC. After the ECC win there were rumors all over the place. Coach Ryan was going to be plucked from the team to coach a different team, a couple of players (Rukavytsya, Alipio, and Ribeiro) were going to be taken away from CSKA from bigger world class teams.

With all the uncertainty CSKA did the one thing most people didn't think they would ever imagine to do. That was to offer the coach one of the most expensive contracts in the Bulgairan league. Currently he was making $3,600 a week, yes for winning four straight league titles too, wasn't even the highest paid coach in the league. That honor went to hated rivals Levski where Dimitir Ivankov was making $4,200. CSKA went to make Adam Ryan the highest paid coach and would make sure no one would make more than him in the league as they offered a new four year deal worth $21,500.

"Honestly I didn't want to accept it. I was a magical run last year in the ECC, and the world and I knew that all the chips had to fall in the right place. We also had to have luck which we did. The Board thinks and wants another repeat and honestly I know we can't do it. The expectations are high and honestly I don't want to fail. I always made money for this team, and while they expect us to bring in top notch players this year its not going to happen. Still is hard and bargin deals are the best way to go there. Look at our team, three-fours are bargin deals." coach Ryan said a the podium. It is also stated that coach Ryan is moving out of living at the stadium with the pay raise to moving into an apartment.

With the signing the coach did go out and making some signings. Most were coaches that look to definitely improve the training of his players and did bring in one young players for the future. The ex-captain was finally sold after being loaned out all of last season. With that lets check in on all the transfers before the season starts.

Coach Ryan felt with the off-season swirl that he would let his players have the pre-season off as they did not schedule any games. The first game they will play is the Bulgarian Super Cup. With that lets look at the new captains (or same as last year), squad bonus, and finances.

The board is happy about the extremely tight control of payroll, but is leaps and bounds over any of Bulgarian team which means they are losing money each month. Coach Ryan doesn't want to really sell anyone else, especially any starters, but something is going to have to give especially if they don't make it far in the ECC.

Games (goals total will now be in what type of competition)

View attachment 76340View attachment 76341View attachment 76342View attachment 76343

Bulgarian Super Cup: CSKA completed the perfect season last year. Most people loved that they did it, but to do it a second year is going to be harder with the bull’s-eye on their back. In the cup they showed that they are up for the challenge as they cruised to an easy win. This game wouldn’t even be close even when Litex would cut it to one late in the second half. Rukavytsya would continue his scoring from last year as he scored two in this game. Obaje also scored in stoppage to seal the game.

View attachment 76344View attachment 76345

League Game 1: Trifonov would pick up a yellow early in the game. After Lippai (1st, 2nd) second goal which he was complaining was offside would pick up his second yellow on a light challenge. It would be his mouth that would help him get that yellow. Second half would be the Rukavytsya show (1st, 2nd, 3rd) as he would score a hat trick. He looks as if he doesn’t want to give up the league scoring title this year. Alipio who could of challenge for it was injured and will miss a couple of weeks.

View attachment 76346View attachment 76347View attachment 76348

League Game 2: Last year Rukavytsya would only get three hat tricks with two coming back-to-back games late last season. This year it would only take the first two games to achieve that mark as he pushes single-handling past Beroe. He would have more goals (4th, 5th, 6th) than Beroe had shots on goal. If he can continue to score it and stay healthy it looks as if they could repeat as undefeated champions in the league. With all the success to the striker it should be known that Ribeiro has posted his second shutout on the year.

View attachment 76349View attachment 76350

League Game 3: The shutout streak for CSKA would end at 201 minutes in this game. Rukavytsya (7th) would have a hat trick again, but two goals were called offside so he would end up with one. It would be the most important one as it would keep the perfect league streak alive which now stands at 36 straight in league. The first goal for CSKA would come at the feet of Gueye (1st) who was getting the start for injured Alipio.

View attachment 76351View attachment 76352

EURO SUPER CUP: CSKA actually are slight underdogs in this game which shows how much they have improved under coach Ryan. Fans of CSKA think they can repeat as ECC champions, and if they want to this is a good game to see how they stack up. First half would be an action pact half, but lacked in the scoring department as it was nil-nil at half. Aguero would be the only goal scorer on a wicked bending cross in which he settled nicely before putting it in the back of the net. Still a very impressive showing for CSKA especially when Rukavytsya looked tired and had one of his worst games under coach Ryan.

With the two players bought at the beginning, and coach Ryan is notorious of just bringing people in at the beginning of the season it looks as if the team will be making money again this year. They are already in the positives and everything now will be to cover wages or just extra gravy.

Second month and still perfect. Team is almost averaging three goals a game, but as of now they are doing all that is needed for a win and that’s the only thing the coach wants. Nothing too exciting in the league so far since its just seven games in. The only exciting thing in this league is when will CSKA lose a game. In the ECC they got things started off right with a win. The next game looks to be a easy win, but then they play OM who will be a challenge.

Games (goals total will now be in what type of competition)

View attachment 76851

League Game 4: It doesn’t look like CSKA is going to break over 100 goals a game this year as he looks to be running two different lineups except for Rukavytsya starts in both. He wouldn’t be able to score a goal in this game, but CSKA would still get the win behind Gueye (2nd) as that would be all that was needed in this game for the win. “I don’t care if we put up a five spot every game or we win 1-nil. A win is a win and I will take that every time. Sure it was great last year with all the goals we scored, but I rather win and that’s what we done and are doing. That’s all I can ask for our team to do.” said coach Ryan after the game.

View attachment 76852

ECC Werder Bremen Leg 1: First game in the ECC after winning it all last year and they continue their win streak as they would use every minute to seal the game. Alipio (1st) would give them the lead before giving up an equalizer. Obaje (1st) would seal the win in stoppage time to give them a win to keep their head above water in the group stage.

View attachment 76853View attachment 76854

League Game 5: A late penalty kick for Botev would tie the game up. It would look as if the pressure is finally getting to the players. Rukavytsya (8th, 9th, 10th) was having a hard time the last couple of games but his third goal of the game would seal the deal. Third hat trick in the league in just five games. Also the first goal scorer to broke double digit mark in the league.

View attachment 76855View attachment 76865

League Game 6: Coach Ryan was happy to see his team got back on track this game as they cruised through it and posted another shut out. Olaleye (1st), who missed most of last season with a leg injury, got back on track for his new team with a screamer of a shot 25 yards out. Rukavytsya (11th, 12th) would do the rest of the work as he continues to single-handedly beating up the league. Cesar would be sent off for arguing with the ref about a non-call in the box that got one of his teammates injured.

View attachment 76866

League Game 7: Times have fallen hard on arch rival Levski. It wouldn’t be a close game for a team that just a couple years ago was fighting for first place and could beat CSKA. This year is different as Levski could only manage two shots with one on target. CSKA would keep knocking at the door and as four minutes of stoppage time they would score three goals. Obaje , Bedia , and hometown hero Stoykov would all end up getting their first goals on the year.

League and ECC Standings

View attachment 77169View attachment 77170

Again a 4-0-0 record this month to keep them undefeated in the league. Pressure is getting to them even though they have a +25 in goal differential on the season. This month they were 12 goal for and 4 goals against in goal differential, but some games were closer than coach Ryan would like. At least in the ECC they have been very good as they won both games of the first leg and now have a commanding lead in their group standings.

Games (goals total will now be in what type of competition)

View attachment 77171

ECC Dnipro Leg 1: Rukavytsya has to be one of the hottest players in the world right now. Sure last year he struggled against the bigger clubs when they went on their run to win the ECC, but he would continue his touching place. He would get a hat trick early in the second half, but he wouldn’t be done as he would sink his fourth goal (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th) in the 68th minute. He would have had a fifth, but would tackled in the box. Brunclik (1st) would set up for the PK kick.

View attachment 77172

League Game 8: Ribeiro 290 minute scoreless streak would come to an end this game in the 80th minute. Still it didn’t matter as hometown hero Stoykov (2nd, 3rd) and Rukavytsya (13th) would put away this game in the first half. Second half they wouldn’t try to score, but would just keep possession to limit Cherno more’s chances.

View attachment 77173

League Game 9: Four goals scored, by three different players, and all of them were the first league goals. Olaleye (1st, 2nd) was injured most of last year is showing the reason why he was a good pickup for this midfield. The other midfielder Brunclik would break the tie late in the first half. Alipio would be the last player to score. Coming off of an injury and got the monkey off his back which was his 50th goal for CSKA. Again not a lot of shots, but the shots they take on goal always seem to go in.

View attachment 77174

ECC OM Leg 1: “This wasn’t a must win game. All we need was at least one more win in the next four games and we probably would advance. Still a win shows that we can play with the good teams especially on the road. We got a little lucky with a PK shot to open up the game, but the second goal before they got theirs was huge. We are not going to rest despite us just one point away from advancing, but we want to keep the form we are in.” said coach Ryan after the huge win on the road. Lorenzo (1st) had the PK kick and Rukavytsya (5th) would seal off the win.

View attachment 77175

League Game 10: Armeytsite would go back to rocketing shots. Most wouldn’t even be on target, but Rukavytsya (14th, 15th) two goals would be all that was needed for the win. While the game was tied at half Armeytsite was the better team just no one could get one in except for Rukavytsya. The streak now stands at 45 wins in “A” play for CSKA.

View attachment 77176

League Game 11: Despite the stats in which was heavy favorite in the Reds it would actually be closer. Olaleye (3rd) would get things started but a quick equalizer would shock CSKA. Finally Rukavytsya (16th) would get a shot and would capitalize on it. Second half nothing was going right for the Reds and looked as if the pressure of the winning streak was getting to the team. There would be a PK kick for Vidima-Rakovski in the 75th minute which could of tied the game up at two, but Ribeiro would rise to the challenge and save it. The second penalty kick was for CSKA and Bruclik (2nd) wouldn’t be stopped as he sealed the game in the 85th minute.

CSKA now has the best youth facilities in the league. Not so surprising, but they need to start bringing good players in since the coach has to outsource to get people. “I would love to keep most Bulgarian players here, but most of the people who come up through the academy aren’t the best. Only two players since I been her are, or should I say play for the senior squad. That has been Stoykov and Petrov. Petrov isn’t the best, but he come up huge last year when Ribeiro is injured. Would be nice to bring in academy players so we can save our money and spend it wisely throughout the club.” Since they have been making money the board though it would be get to upgrade the stadium, which did make coach Ryan upset, but with the 17,000 people coming out it looks to be a good investment.

One of the people who actually scored in the ECC last year is now off the team. He lost his super sub status to Stoykov this year which moved him 5th on the depth chart. There was rumors for the last two years for this player and Adam Ryan finally felt this was the time. They did make some money off of this sell, but people are wondering if that means they will bring in another player now.

All coach Ryan’s team does is win. When undefeated this month in both league (4-0-0), Bulgarian Cup (1-0-0) and ECC (2-0-0). Not much is slowing this team down as they won the most games consecutively every under coach Ryan which currently is at 18. Coach Ryan likes how is team no matter what happens from giving up PK kicks or an early goal is resilient and tough enough to come fighting back. League break is here for two months so they get a little time to rest up.

Games (goals total will now be in what type of competition)

View attachment 78639

ECC OM Leg 2: The strikers of CSKA would come in full force on this one. Or at least Rukavytsya (6th, 7th) decided to show the world that he can play on any stage. While he keeps piling up the goals, Olaleye (1st) is starting to show why he was worth the money and should be in the starting lineup on a regular basis as he has scored in three straight games. “With the win we won our group stage. We might rest some starters, but its mostly just interchanging of certain people to keep people match fit.” said coach Ryan about the last two games which they should win in the group stage.

View attachment 78640View attachment 78641

League Game 12: After the huge win over OM to seal the group stages up in the ECC most people though this game would be a trap game. With over confidence they would falter. Well they haven’t lost in over a year and they would keep it up as they would find four goals before giving up a PK to lose the shutout. It would be all about defenders and midfield in the first half. First Vidanov (1st) gathered a block shot and would rip a shot while the goalie was on the ground. Trying to recover he would be a tad late as it would fall in. Next when Olaleye has been turning up the pressure for the rest of the midfielders the captain of the midfield, Brunclik (3rd, 4th) would try to keep up the pace. At the end of the first half it would be Stoykov (4th) would end his six games without scoring.

View attachment 78642View attachment 78647

Bulgarian Cup 2nd Round: The Reds would score two goals before the red card. After the red card the game was already over, but the Reds wouldn’t just relax on that two goal lead as they would add three more. Only Obaje (1st, 2nd) scored more than a goal in this game. Rukavytsya (1st) keeps knocking in goals. Olaleye (1st) and Bedia (1st) would finish off the scoring as both midfielders got a goal today.

View attachment 78648

League Game 13: Rukavytsya made news this game cause he didn’t score. It’s more of a shocker now when he doesn’t score than when he scores a hat trick. Yes he has score more hat tricks this year than he has not scoring. While the defense was stout in this game it was up to the offense that struggled mightily in the first half. Second half was a controversial goal when Stoykov when up for a header on a corner and the goalie came out and collided with him. The ball would roll right to Omozusi (1st) as he would put in the goal. It that wasn’t a goal they would still keep their win streak alive when Stoykov (5th) would beat a defender and the goalie to tap it in.

View attachment 78649

League Game 14: Ribeiro posts another shutout as CSKA would pile on a team record 37 shots in this game. While ten were on goal they only manage to score four. That’s not bad at all especially when four different people scored. Brunclik (5th), Rukavytsya (17th), and Obaje (2nd) added scoring in the first half. Alipio (2nd) who finally made his way back in the starting lineup from an earlier injury didn’t waste any time getting back to scoring as he did it in the second half.

View attachment 78650

ECC Werder Bremer Leg 2
: Werder Bremen would be knocking at the door all game. They are fighting to get out of the group stage and they were giving their all. With CSKA is already advancing they didn’t do much on the offensive end as they only had six shots. However, one goal would decided this game and it came at the feet of Obaje (2nd). Although he won the game the player of the match went to Alan Sheehan who would make sure most of their shots on the left side where wide or right to the keeper. More impressive was it was his first appearance for the team all season. Ribeiro now moves his streak to 369 minutes without giving up a goal.

View attachment 78651

League Game 15: Halfway point and CSKA still keeping the perfect record. Both goalies would break their streaks without giving up goals in this game while both teams had a PK kick. Ribeiro streak would end at 369 minutes. Kakaladze would have a lower streak at 211 minutes. The winner would be the first goal of the game by world class striker Rukavytsya (18th) in the first half. Brunclik (6th) would get the first PK kick in stoppage time in the first half. Chernomorets would get theirs in the second half.

Bulgarian Cup 3rd Round: This game was just unfair. Chernomorets knew they were going to be knocked out of the cup when the draw took place. CSKA wouldn’t be easy on them and would keep knocking on the doorstep. They knocked so hard that two of the goals was an own goal by the same player in Pavlov. The four legit goals were again by four different scorers in Stoykov (1st), Lazaro (1st), Brunclik (1st), and Rukavytsya (2nd).

View attachment 78797

ECC Dnipro Leg 2:People though Dnipro would put up some kind of challenge despite this game being meaningless for both teams. Everyone though CSKA would just be looking ahead to the Club Championship coming up in a week. Apparently CSKA took it more seriously than Dnipro as they would post a shutout and would be up 3-0 at half. Stoykov (1st, 2nd) and Rukavytsya (8th, 9th) would step it up as they would post a perfect record in group stages for the first time under coach Ryan in which another record would fall.

View attachment 78798

Club World Ch’ship Semi Final: What a night for CSKA players, its fan’s, and coach Ryan. Osaka didn’t show up and it looked like a training day for CSKA. Osaka was held without a single shot in the game. For the players we saw a hat trick by Stoykov. Goals from Obaje, and late sub Alipio. Two goals from Omozusi and Rukavytsya as the went on to destroy them and set a new scoring record for a single game. Ribeiro made headlines again for his 288 minute scoreless sheet. Rukavytsya who has only been on the club for 2 1/2 years has already reached the 100 goal mark for CSKA.

View attachment 78799

Club World Ch’ship Final: Ribeiro mark again goes over 300 minutes (378) for the second time this year without allowing a goal. Again another dominate game from CSKA as they will now head into a month long break. Rukavytsya (3th, 4th, 5th, 6th) would easily be enough, but would try to get that elusive fifth goal in a game in this one. In stoppage time he would come close, but a bad tackle in the box would set Brunclik (1st) for a PK. Oh well winning this tournament was better than scoring five goals although he did have six in two games.

4-0-0 record this month to keep them undefeated still on the year. Even if they won’t go undefeated this year they still have won the league. Its not official yet since there are still 11 games to go, but its basically wrapped up since they have a commanding 25 point lead over Beroe. The scoring is finally picking up for CSKA late in the year. Still need more than 3.5 goals a games for the rest of the year if they are going to break the century mark in goals for the league. It’s good cause they will need goals when it comes to the ECC. In the ECC knockout stage they are basically through since they had a easy matchup. Plus winning 3-1 on the road isn’t bad when you are a man down for most of the match.

Games (goals total will now be in what type of competition)

View attachment 78806View attachment 78807

League Game 16: 468. That’s how many minutes its been since Ribeiro has allowed a goal the most ever at his time at CSKA and that will still continue into next game. Rukavytsya looked a little sluggish out there with the month off break. He wouldn’t score, but it wouldn’t matter as Ribeiro shut them down and other players would step up. This time it would be captain Alipio (3rd, 4th) to score twice, once in the first half and once in the second half to seal the win up.

View attachment 78808

League Game 17: This would be one game to watch in the league. Beroe is in third place, and looks to give CSKA fits especially with their track record of coming off the break. The Reds would come out sharp and focus in this game as they would take an easy 2-nil lead at half. Ribeiro’s streak would end this game standing at 499 minutes. Rukavytsya (19th) and Obaje (3rd) would score in the first half. While the game was close at 2-1 Olaleye (5th) would ice the game. Both teams didn’t have a lot of shots, but did have a lot of quality shots on goal.

View attachment 78809

ECC Knockout Leg 1: Two red cards would be in today's game. One was a straight up red to CSKA’s captain Alipio half way through the first half. It looked as if this might be a tough game for them, but Panathinaikos would gift them the first goal to Brunclik (3rd) on a penalty kick. Olaleye (2nd) would give them some cushing right before half. Second half things would get exciting. Panathinaikos looked like they were a man down. Finally was able to break through when CKSA would lose another man, not to a red card but sideline on an injury, as they would crack this defense. Five minutes after the goal the second red would come on a double yellow for a Panathinaikos player. That would seal their fate in this game, but CSKA didn’t want it being close when they would play the second leg so Rukavytsya (10th) would score right before stoppage time to give them a great chance on moving on.

View attachment 78810

League Game 18: Rukavytsya would get a well deserved rest and some fans were worried if that would dip in performance or even come up with a loss. That wouldn’t be the case at all. Hometown hero Stoykov is gaining status for Hometown Legend as he scored a hat trick (6th, 7th, 8th) in the first half alone. Captain Alipio (5th) would get in on the action as well in the first half as they would cruise to a 4-1 lead at half. Second half would be very boring to watch compared to the scoring from the first half, but Lorenzo (1st) broke the second half scoreless tie with a shot in stoppage time from about 28 yards out.

View attachment 78811

League Game 19: After playing the third place team in the league around a week or so ago now they face off against the number two team in the league. Ribeiro is concerned about the team moral, even though its great, and some people think its just cause Ribeiro has played in every game and wants a break. Coach Ryan wouldn’t let him have a break and would continue to push his team. They wouldn’t disappoint in the first half as they would jump out to an early lead by goals from captain Alipio (6th, 7th) and Olaleye (3rd), who is looking to be a sure bet as the longtime starter at midfield for this team. Second half they would need the second goal by Alipio and PK killer Brunclik (7th) to ensure the win.

I know Rukavytsya is the man. Ribeiro just does what he does best and shuts people out. Plus I got a team that has a high work rate and good teamwork so that is why I am doing so well. Plus in the ECC I got a little lucky last year in opponents and comebacks so that's always a good thing to have as well

League and ECC Standings

View attachment 79097

Right now it looks as if CSKA can get past to the Semi Final in the ECC with a blowout win at home in the quarter finals. With the league its still 3-0-0 record this month to keep them fighting for that second undefeated season. They did wrap up the league this month so now it looks as if compliancy might set in. Blistering goal rate this month as they scored 14 goals and just gave up 1.

Games (goals total will now be in what type of competition)

League Game 20: Rukavytsya would get another break, but only cause he was still nursing an injury from last game. He was almost match fit, but with the ECC around the corner coach Ryan decided to let his star rest up. Olaleye would move from midfield to left striker. Even with a red card in the second half for CSKA it didn’t slow down this team at all. Like the last game he sat out they went out and piled on the goals in the first half to lead 3-0. After all was said in done they posted another shutout and put up five goals. Two goals from Stoykov (8th, 9th) and Brunclik (8th, 9th) was spectacular and looks as if Stoykov is the real deal if Rukavytsya leaves after this year. Captain Alipio (8th) would finish off the scoring in this one as they keep the cruise control on in league play. Goalkeeper Kolev would lose his 277 minutes without conceding a goal for Loko.

ECC Knockout Leg 2: Ruykavytsya would get the start today, but it looked as if they didn’t need him despite him scoring (11th) in the game. Brunclik (4th, 5th) would be the hero of the match even if one of the goals again came from a penalty shot (Does he ever miss from a PK?). Tonev (1st) would finally see action in ten games and would show his coach that he is still capable of playing of this team. Panathinaikos wouldn’t be shut out as they would get a goal by Stepanovic.

League Game 21: Scoring wouldn’t slow down for this game at all as they would put up six goals this game. Apparently they are trying to get to the century mark. If not they sure were making sure that they wanted first place. With the win they would seal first place in the league. Of the six goals they were by five different people. Only one, Brunclik (10th, 11th), would be the first midfielder under coach Ryan to break the double digit mark in the league and only player to score twice this game. Lippai (3rd), Vidanov (2nd), captain Alipio (9th), and Stoykov (10th) scored in this game. Stoykov would be the third person on the team to break double digits in the league.

League Game 22: Ribeiro lost his shutout today, but this game still wasn’t close for Levski to win it. CSKA would have three goal lead before they would score and would be down a man early from the second half. Levski would also lose an man in this game. Brunclik (12th) would score and shocking enough it wasn’t by a penalty kick. Rukavytsya (20th, 21st) would finally get back on track in scoring in a league game.

ECC Quarter Final Leg 1: Olympique Lyonnais would score early on and it looked as if it was going to be a challenge for CSKA. That would all change in the 24th minute as Stoykov (6th) would get them on the board. That would be all that it would take as they would dominate the rest of the game. Rukavytsya (12th) would score on in the second half, but the main coming came from Obaje (4th, 5th, 6th) who had a hat trick as they have a leg up now in the quarter finals while they have to travel on the road.
