Very disappointed with my team today, we were expected to get battered however it didn’t seem that we even tried! They had 32 shots compared to our 1! Nevertheless I hope to bounce back with a win in the next game!

Very happy with this result! With 62% possession we controlled the game, a early goal from Crouch set us on our way! Well done lads, our pass and move game can now be adapted into our other games.

I’m certainly not happy that it went all the way, as I thought we dominated the game we just couldn’t score! They scored on 121st min so I was a bit worried when it went to penalty, I am getting slightly worried about our goal scoring of late! Hopefully when Kenwyne is back we’ll be better! Nevertheless we won, we’re through! But we need to play a lot better from now on.

Absolutely terrible, QPR ripped us apart, cannot believe how my team can play how they are playing recently! Defending is shocking!

In a game that we were suppose to get battered in, we played well after having 56% possession. However once again the wasted chances were at fault! We really need to take the chances when they come.

Burrows’ View​
September has been a terrible month, the boys haven’t been playing at their best, but after a team meeting I told the players that they haven’t been playing well but we have the ability to turn the season around as it’s only the beginning! I received a great response and the lads feel fired up and ready for Aston Villa. Also GREAT news Kenwyne Jones is back in full training! This will definatly bolster our attack once again!

Peter: Yes, I would like to question you about our recent results, whats happening?


Jake: Well, first off our striker just aren’t getting it right when it comes to our chances, we waste so many shots each game, which have hurt us dearly! However we have been working on it in training and Jonathan (Watlters) has been showing signs of great Improvement.


Peter: ah,that’s good to hear, I am going to pop down to training next week to see how the lads are getting on!


Jake: That’s great! Am sure the boys will be relishing the chance to show off in front of you.


Peter: Yes, am sure they will…Jake I believe in you, so I have full confidence that you’ll change the fortunes of events, yes?

I cant believe it! I’ve just read the article about being supposing getting the sack, how much bull**** do they need to make up. Am sure this will cause a stir between the squad. Mine and Peter’s meeting was nothing of the sort. I best go explain to the squad about the meeting and how to not believe everything they believe in the papers. I may just have a word with the press as well!​

We played well throughout the match, finally getting another point. Really unlucky to only draw. Their goal was due to the team switching off straight after our goal. Aston villa were very lucky as their cross got turned in by Wilson!

Well, I guess my chat worked with the lads! Fine display, very happy to finally get a win again and in such style as well! With Shawcross scoring a quite incredible long range effort Lets carry it on lads!

Brilliant result, at times our passing game that I aiming for really shone and ripped open their defence, it’s now 6points out of 9 and in 2nd place, 5 points clear of 3rd!

In a game that we controlled from the start, we played exceptional football against a much weaker team, however we weren’t expected to put 4 past Rochdale but we did and resulted in a Home quarter-final clash against the Red Devils! Only Disappointed is that Walters got injured.

A brilliant win after going 2-0 down after 30 mins, both sides scored own goals, Shawcross being the victim for my team. Delighted to off scored 5 goals, really pleased with the lads effort, brilliant!

Burrows’ View​
Well, October has been a great month seeing me unbeaten in all competitions with a win streak of 4 . The lads have played excellent, and I’m very proud at the moment to be managing them! Aims for November are to qualify out of the group stage of the Euro cup and also play our football just like this month.

I am delighted with this result! One it’s 5 wins in a row in all competitions, two we’re unbeaten in 6! But three we have qualified from the ‘Tough Group’ with 9 point out of 12 and two games left! The target is to get top spot which I know is well In our grasp if we keep performing well!

Brilliant score line considering we only had 43% possession. We are now unbeaten in seven games now with six of them wins! Great to see Thiago get a goal even though it was a penalty, well done lads.

Obviously very happy to avoid defeat against arguably one of the top 4 teams in the league! We went one nil up but let the lead slip, unfortunately. Also we had a goal disallowed, leaving the fans wondering of what could have been a fantastic win! On a bright note, we are still unbeaten in 8!

Once again we scored first but let the lead slip, I am going to look into extra defensive training in up coming weeks and hope it has the same effort as it did with the goal scoring sessions. However I am glad to see Jones back in the scoring after the first part of the season off injured!

Well! Let’s start off by saying Huth is certainly one for the big occasions! In a game that we were expected the scoreline to look like we hadn’t even turned up, we managed to gain a point! Excellent defensively, with the game only at 54% to city it wasn’t as one teamed as everyone expected!

Absolutely gob smacked! What a difference a month and half can make after getting smashed 4-0 we then knock them out of the cup! I thought it was all over after Phil Jones made it 2-1 in the 88th min however Crouchy had different ideas and took it to extra time, which finished all square, then resulting in Fabio to miss the decisive penalty! Well done lads.

This month has gone just as well as the last! we are still unbeaten as well as getting through to the Semi - final of the league cup! So happy for the lads, they have done me very proud, long may it continue! Gossip - we agreed Fee's and contract with two players this month ; papiss Cisse who opted to join Sunderland in January what a shame as i had high hopes for him too! Also 16 year old Niang, we apparently didnt have enough funds after i set it to £0 plus £7.5m in 48 month installments. what a pity! Aims for next month are to extend our unbeaten run even further!
