Ok, simple request, may be harder to do on the editor. Well really i would like you to remove all annoying rules, Like the Home grown rule in England, The 25 man rule in spain and so on. I think the rule is only implied in a few countries so wont be too hard.

please list the counties you want changing - just make it the countries you are most likely to use beacuse there is no point me doing for the whole of europe if you're never going to play in romania for example
