1) I really need to know this too as I have a loan player in my shortlist, and I have scouted another.

What other teams apart from Bordeaux could I use? Stupidly I loaded up a new game with the American Leagues loaded but not the french so I need a team with about the same sort of rep? I was thinking Lazio or Sampdoria?

Normal transfers but from the January window on they will all be free agents

Actually, because it seems like you want them, why not? They can have their loans severed after your "bids" are made ... and yes max rep of national.

Also, just to clarify something about contracts:
Because it is a new league, we are assuming all first year contracts that are given out are new contracts ie you set their years. The years they had at their old club don't transfer.

Alright fair, but we do need 9 more people in order to actually start so spread the word guys!

If you want both if not just new wage but remember window prob won't open for a few days or even a week as we need to do the opening press conferences first etc.

Will there be any restrictions on nationality of the players? Can we make an all foreign team? Or do you mean max 10 foreign players when you say "max 10 internationals", not max 10 players playing football for their national teams.
