Barcelona after Messi, Xavi and Iniesta - Your view

Obviously not as good, but really, they have Villa, Pedro, they're after Fabregas; they could easily sign anyone they wanted really given the money offered is acceptable.

Thiago is an obvious one to be replacing one of the two central midfielders in Xavi and Iniesta, whilst Fabregas, by that time, could be alongside him in a similar two-man midfield partnership.

Messi, in all honesty, is irreplacable, but someone close to him would have to be either Pedro (in his own way) or other wingers that would be either brought through the youth system or bought for a large sum of money.

Every player at Barcelona is trained to play the same way from the first team to the youth teams, they will find replacements.

Im sure they will just bring in repacements for them, thiago looks to be a ready made replacement for centre mid, but its just where do you find the next messi lol
Im sure they have scouts all over the world searching for him just now

If they sold those 3 they could fund another title winning squad. I could just see a few youth products pop up out of nowhere and be just as good.
The way Barca play is more important than the players, they would still play the same type of football.

They can buy pretty much anybody, someone will either come through or be purchased long before those players retire.

Buggered with any luck. But they'll do what they always do - spend millions on anyone they want despite being massively in debt and ruining the Spanish banks.

They're upgrading La Masia as well, which is a brilliant Youth Academy.

Atm, if any of them get injured then they will obviously by in trouble due to lack of depth but when they retire they will probably have some ready made replacements lined up from the academy.

They can afford to spend the money though. The debt is in control and the way they are going now they can manage that efficiently.

The amount of quality they bring through their youth system means they don't need to buy players if they don't need to.

Same thing with when they had Deco, Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, Overmars etc they will give a chance to some youth players which will shock everyone when they see the team sheet and automatically think there not good enough and they'll step up just like messi did just like pedro did just like xavi and iniesta did..

They already have thiago as xavi's replacement, or fabregas. Iniesta has atleast 5 years left, and messi easily 10, so who knows what players might come through their academy in that time.

Well, it's not like it's going to be happening any time soon. Messi and Iniesta are still young, and Xavi has another two or so years left. When he retires, Jonathan Dos Santos is touted to replace him. It's so long until the other two retire it's too early to speculate what will happen.

Barcelona will always be Barcelona, no matter whether 10 Leo Messi plays for them or not. After Xavi they will be Iniesta and Thaigo and after that some over academy product. Messi is the best player in the world but not irreplaceable Barcelona are probably already thinking 10 years ahead and already looking into a replacement for him. But I could see Iturbe replacing Messi even tho Porto and United are after him. But ready made potential replacement.

messi's only young anyway so bit early to think about replacing him

Barcelona dont tend to spend a lot of money, just think how was xavi, iniesta and emssi amde, trhought eh academies.

Barcelona probs have scounts out now, or already like 13-15 training who are the best, who will be same standerd as these 3 if not better. Barcelona are a team that always have produced talent through there ranks so losing these 3 aint a big problem as they weill produce very good replacements probaly.

+ Xavi the only 1 atm - Because xavi is 31, iniesta is 26 (27 in may) and messi 23 (24 in may?) so inista still got a logn way and messi a at least another 10 years for messi so xavi the only way to replace, adn i believe there is no player like xavi, he is a masterpiece but there is replacements available, not his standerd but still good

Iturbe is going to Porto (official), i think he's dubbed the new Messi.
