Wigan Athletic are pleased to announce the signings of Ruben Yttergård Jenssen from Tromsø Idrettslag and Jesé Rodríguez Ruiz from Real Madrid.

Ruben Yttergård Jenssen is a 24 year central midfielder who has been a regular member of the Norwegian national team since 2010. Jenssen has declared his delight at joining the Premier League outfit and also said that he is excited at playing alongside countryman John Arne Riise.

Jesé Rodríguez Ruiz is a highly regarded 19 year old spanish attacking midfielder. This transfer has been lauded as an impressive move by the Latics, and it is believed that a lack of first team opportunities led to the young Spaniard pursuing a move away from the reigning Spanish champions.

(Please excuse the shoddy photoshopping haha)

quite clever I thought

Any idea of a start date borne? Not being impatient just want to make sure I know when to look at the thread

Fudd Pleases Fans With Ticket Prices, Announces Two New Saints

Elmer Fudd has pleased all Southampton fans by announcing that the ticket prices for the following season are not set to increase from those of last season. Fox Sports can also reveal that Fudd has given the manager a decent sized transfer budget, believed to be in the region of £16 million, while increasing the wage budget due to the current financial status of the club.

Fox Sports is also proud to be the first to announce two new Southampton signings. Vaclav Kadlec and Leonard Kweuke, signed for a combined total of £12.5m from Sparta Prague, are both joining the club for the 2012/2013 season, and beyond.

Kadlec is a young up and comer on the world football stage, with some strong performances in the Europa League and in the Domestic League, and at only 20 years old can be regarded as a signing that can help Southampton over many years to come. Able to play as a striker or a left winger, the players versatility will be very handy for the next coming campaigns.

Kweuke is a Cameroonian striker who is just hitting his peak, and is the type of signing that can push the club into both Domestic and European success. The signing of Kweuke by Southampton can be regarded as a extremely well worked piece of business, Kweuke is the type of player who could slot into any top 4 team with ease.

Arsenal Announce Ticket Prices
Arsenal have today announced their ticket prices for the upcoming season. On the club's website, Trowers revealed that;
"All home ticket prices will be frozen, so they will stay the same as they were in the previous campaign!"

However, he went on to add;2
"I do feel, however, that the previous owner's were charging ridiculous amounts for season tickets. I will be lowering them by almost half, meaning they will now be £1000 for the average season ticket. All current season ticket owners will be refunded the difference. I am also looking to lower the prices again next year, although no formal decision has been made at this time."

The Arsenal Supporters Trust has praised the decision, saying that "Although the prices are still the highest in the league, Trowers is atleast trying to make watching the club we love more affordable."
