Just fyi, If anyone's checking the transfer list Jay Rodriguez has not been bought by me (for obvious reasons) but has been sold to Cardiff (Connorc98) for ?4M in case anyone checks and thinks "wtf Southampton are in so much debt".

You are talking about Palace not being able to sign Gaitan, Martinez or Alex but how can Fulham sign Carrick on a free?? Unless that is a chairman loan, just checking.

No, it's a free transfer- is contract expires at the end of the season. Carrick was ok by my excel calculator so i went for it, just like Vidic was ok for conorc(Cardiff), just how it goes...

It's your rules.
But next season I does'nt think you should be able to make free-transfers amongst BPL players. It more fair if our manager has a chance to renew their contracts.

I believe it is down to the manager to sign contracts for players but I'll put it to a vote for next season, I think it's more realistic like this but... Vote next season.

I don't mind you choosing your method!!
But if a player isn't wanted by a foreign club, our manager will not automatically renew the contract, as they are "BPL-protected" untill 3 months before season end.

Didn't know that, I will amend rules for next season, in that case

Well if your going from the game, you can only sign players with 6 months on their contracts from teams from another country, same league ones are not allowed so Fulham would not be able to get Carrick etc
 
Random question...but does Borne ever sleep....He is either on here doing stuff or at work it seems....I smell a Robot!!!

So @Bornexplorer As people here rightly point out the BPL Protected Rule and accordingly You or conorc cannot sign my players on a Pre Contract. And as this is a Premier League Rule and not a Rule made up for this Game hence you cannot say that this will go through this year before We APPLY the REAL Rules next year. As this is a Real Rule so this has to be applied this year as well and not from next year.
This is an official rule of English Clubs not signing BPL PLayers on a free 6 months prior, so accordingly YOU cannot Sign Carrick or Conorc cannot sign Vidic this time as well. As you are to benefit by amending the Rules, this is not acceptable for Me.
I will really appreciate it that both the Transfers are cancelled as soon as possible.
Also, Koke Deal is a LOAN Deal and not a C2c Transfer Deal as you have put it up. So a change in that regard is also wanted.
Secondly I will now send you a PM for Transfer Listing my Players and lastly I will Send Disclaimer the Contract Offers for the FGN Transfers...
Hopefully the ABOVE mentioned changes will take place...

@conorc - we are going to have cancelled the deals for vidic and carrick, as i was unaware that it had to be within 3 months, due to a BPL ruling.

So, going forward this ingame rule will be enforced, sorry for mix-up guys, my fault. (luckily it was only the two of us, that did it)

So Guys after this, Do you prefer to as Chairmans give your Player Contract Extensions or still leave them to the Manager.
Realistically its got to be BOTH giving Extensions.
As the Chairman too has the Right to give player contracts.
The Real Life situation would be that the Manager COMMUNICATES with the Chairman and asks for an Extension for a Player.
As we cannot Communicate with our Manager, I would prefer it to be US Chairmans itself giving Player Extensions.
Let me know of what my Fellow CHairmans in the League Committee prefer???
 
@Bornexplorer Please change the Koke Deal from a C2C Transfer to an End of the Season Loan Deal.

You can't really talk about bending rules when you asked me to buy one of your **** youngsters for a price In order to get a fee for your loan players, if this isn't bending the rules then I don't know what is. And you suceeded in doing that with crystal palace for koke

That cant be said as Bending Rules as what I was proposing was what happens in REAL Life as well.
Lukaku went to Everton on Loan for a LOAN FEE 4m
I wanted Loan Fee which Borne wasnt able to permit because he cannot do that on Editor.
So what I was proposing was something which suits both the parties and is possible for Borne to do on the Editor as well.
And anyways I wasnt even mentioning you or borne, I just that it should not be done and thats what Borne has done.
Matter Closed there.
