Good month considering tough opposition, scoring lots of goals, shame about the Everton result but at least you can fully concentrate on league now

I'm getting more confident of winning automatic promotion and now i can focus on the league i think the team will benefit from it because i dont have the youngest team. The ammount of goals we are scoring lately gives me hope and we dont really conceed that many really.

I think injurys will be key though, Without Conceicao i look alot weaker, Thankfully Nimley-Tchumeni and Etuhu are hitting form upfront and Lucau and Harsanyi have claimed those spots out wide.Only having Seck and Taylor as proven CB's is risky but adding McGivern might prove to be a key signing.

At the key stage of the season i think we are the team to beat, However we still need to figure out this home form because that will be key to promotion.I think if i can get that sorted a win a few more home games we will make it because away from home we can beat anyone on our day.

Overview of the Month: Only 2 wins in the league but im still happy with the month, A few new signings so they need to gel but the loss to Watford hurt alot, Our next 2 games are Stoke and Portsmouth so if i get anything from them i will be happy but i think we should be ok this season if we can pick up points at home because i dont think my away form will be as strong as it was last season.

Only one new signing so far, Edgaras Cesnauskis a AML on a free transfer to replace Harsanyi who will be leaving us in a 2.5 million transfer to Reading in January, Not my plan to sell him but sadly the board decided to accept the offer so hes going.

MOM - Ablai Balde (Bradford City)

Managers Player of the Month - Sergio Conceicao - 3 goals from the experienced midfielder having another strong season, The team as a whole performed well but the Captain leads by example for us.

Overview of the month: Stoke and Portsmouth i was expecting maybe 1 point and took all 6 so i cannot complain at all.Even the loss to Palace doesnt hurt at all, We look very strong at the back since that hammering to Watford, Balde looks pretty strong so Etuhu does have it all to do himself, Cesnaukis has alot of pace and along with Lucau poses a problem for defenders down the flanks.

Really picked up some form in that month, wins over Pompey and Stoke are fantastic for a side of your calibre

Yea it was a very strong month for us, At the start of the season we were 40/1 to win the league which isnt too bad really for a newly promoted team, Due to the lack of funding and the limited tranfers i pulled off i set my goal to just avoid relegation but really i'm hoping for alittle better than that, Around 14-16th would be a good platform to build on next season.

The Stoke win was massive as their 2nd favorites to win the league just behind Wolves, Portsmouth was massive due to it being away but they were relegated the first season and finished 10th last season so quite a weak side really but away from home i expected to lose to them and going 2-0 down inside 6 mins but we pulled it back.

Still gutted that Harsanyi is being sold off, He was valued at 1.7 million for the board to accept a bid of 2.5 million is a joke really, AML is the one position i struggle to find solid players in right now, Cesnaukis is twice the player Harsanyi is atleast my coaches say so but still Harsanyi has performed well for me for 2 seasons, Started strong this season and they go and sell him, Wouldnt suprise me if the fans get annoyed at the sale of him aswell just to make it worse.

Oh, Manchester United are my new parent club now, Manchester City had 4 players in the reserves at the start of the season, Nimely Tchumeni had no intention of joining me for some reason so i dropped them for United in the hopes off getting a decent loan or 2 next season.

MOM - Kelvin Etuhu (Bradford City)

Managers Player of the Month - Kelvin Etuhu - The young striker netted 3 times this month taking his total in all competitions to 13 goals in 15 games, Really shined this month and his proving a class act in the lone striker role.

Overview of the Month: I'll take this, 5 points although the late goal in the Blackpool match really hurt and not being able to hang onto leads is abit poor. The loss to Leeds i expected really and the win over Plymouth was a good win.Currently sitting in a very impressive 8th so i really cannot complain at all with how the season is going so far.

A few other players moving on in January are Lars Stubhaug who is moving to the Spanish side Xerez for 1 million and Lee Sawyer is moving to League 1 Leicester for 1.2 million, Didnt really want to sell Sawyer but i really needed the funds, Stubhaug was a must sell really, He was a solid player for us but Hilario has claimed his spot and the youth signing from Man U is now my number 2.

MOM - Nikola Kalinic (Blackburn)

Managers Player of the Month - Kelvin Etuhu - Another solid month for the striker, 4 more goals in 3 games i just cant ask for anything more from him.Cesnauskis had a fine month aswell and Garvan got off the mark so hopefully he will pick up form now.

Overview of the Month: 2 wins, 1 loss, scored a impressive 9 goals and on another day could have picked up something from the Blackburn game. Its still early in the season but confidence is high and we are starting to look towards a top half finish.

We have 2 new signings joining in January, Both are regens and look very promising, A 16 year old GK who is already better than Hilario, Also a 18 year old DC who looks like he could be a leading star in the EPL in a few seasons.Looking forward to unleashing them on the Championship, Will post Screenies of them both once they have joined.

MOM - Sergio Conceicao (Bradford City)

Managers Player of the Month - Sergio Conceicao - A decent month for Conceicao netting 3 goals and picking up a few assists too, Wasnt the best month for us so not many to choose from here.

Overview of the month - Very bad month for us, Only 1 league win in 6, 5 points from a possible 18 just isnt good enough, Etuhu had a bad month although he was injured a few times but with January here i think i'll be looking to bring in a loan signing as cover because Balde isnt cutting it.

We were alittle busy in the transfer window, Most signings were backup or prospects with only one player making it into my first team so far although the latest signing has a good chance of finding a place at some point.

Transfers:
View attachment 17888

Youseff Sekour is the latest signing, Still only young so could be a decent player for us.
View attachment 17889

Sergey Mesheryakov, Only 18 and already forced Taylor from my starting lineup.
View attachment 17890

Ilyes Richaud, Only 16 and is better in alot of ways than Hilario but will not replace him until next season as Hilario is having a very strong season.
