True ... but from 29 shots only 8 on target - that's really poor imo. In fact, their GK's rating is only 7.7. I thought he was gonna be POM with 9+ after seeing the stats.

This with Conqueror? I've experienced similar games with it unfortunately ... a lot of shots & possession but very few on target. In fact, now I've switched to one of Christian Eriksen's tactics. The shots on goal / on target ratio is better.
 
Having a go with conqueror v2. man marking version and Lincoln city in Vanarama - preseason games went, but the start of the season hasn't been great, but I think it will get better when the team learns the tactic a bit better. Could be fun to take Lincoln up through the leauges tho :)

what christian eriksen tactic are you using.
overall this season shots on target ratio is 44%

Yes, if you have the skin for it but its not 100% accurate, prob more like 80-90%

If you play full matches but don't want set the man marking you can use the non marking version, it can be found at the OP.

I change their settings to ease off the tackles the moment they get a yellow. Creates a few more nervy moments, but doesn't help my players stay on the pitch. As it is, I've already made my mind up. I'm guessing you're using a big team and not building one from lower in the chain like I am, so you most likely already have the players that fit the requirements.

I had a look at my players and I've got a feeling I don't have a group of sportsmen, which is why they go in hard regardless of adjustments. No settings will fix that, so it's just a matter of accepting it and looking elsewhere for something that will fill my criteria for success.

Enclosed in the spoiler space is our shockingly awful discipline record. Also note that I did not raise concerns about the results, I'm extremely happy with these. It's the lack of discipline that had me disappointed. Finding that perfect balance between success and discipline is not as easy as you're making it out to be. I will also add that our inconsistency earlier in the season stopped, leading to this run of form, by using the attacking tweak posted by galego25, except that I changed the mentality to counter.

Dont forget the constant fines and the media criticizing your extremely physical football. lol
 
Maybe it's just me but since the update i can't keep a clean sheet and i'm drawing a lot of easy games. Also injuries are a nightmare now.
 
Got 13 leauge games played so far in my Lincoln save, boy i hope the results turn around soon...

I know that Vanarama players dosn't match the stats requirements in the OP, but still it's not PL teams I play against ;)
 
A very in-depth tactic that I've heard very good things about.

Thanks for your hard work, I might take a look at it on a save in a bit.
