This is a really great story! Keep it up! Did well to knock Germany out of the World cup!
Now with Liverpool, you should probably focus on the league more? As your doing well in the cups and in Europe but the
league just isn't going your way.

Really good story really enjoying it as a Liverpool fan

END OF SEASON REPORT

A good season, winning the League Cup, Europa League and the European Super Cup, collecting three cups is a cracking haul for one season, we scored many goals as well but unfortunately failed to defend properly when it mattered especially down the left which is an area I will look into in the transfer market.

By Gary Neville

I STAND CORRECTED

Do you remember my article at the start of John Aldridge's reign as new Liverpool manager, me expressing my doubts over the club being on the decline. I have obviously been proven wrong.

In the time since that infamous article, Liverpool have won the League Cup, Europa League three times (winning this season's 1-0 against Juventus), European Super Cup twice (they'll face Barcelona in this season's final), the Premier League and are lining up against Arsenal in the Charity Shield this weekend, plus their signings of MarcAndre Ter-Stegen from Borussia Monchengladbach for £20m and Jores Okore from Inter Milan for £15m, it is apparent that Liverpool, instead of being on the decline, are on the up.

LIVERPOOL SWOOP FOR SPURS DUO

View attachment 371613View attachment 371614
Liverpool today announced the signings of ex-Tottenham pair, Micah Richards and Danny Welbeck, costing the club £8.25m and £7.75m respectively. It is thought that Liverpudlian manager John Aldridge signed the pair (whom he has called the "Dynamic Duo") to strengthen the squad's depth for the club's title defence this season.

If you remember last season, Liverpool surprised everyone by storming to the top of the league table fourteen games into the season and not relinquishing that top spot, eventually winning the title and restoring fans hope, also stopping numerous "All you have is history" jokes amongst other groups of supporters such of team such as Chelsea and Manchester City.

These two signings were seen as myths a year ago, the thought of even signing these players were diminished almost immediately in circles of fans across Liverpool.

At the start of this story I set personal aims and they are as follows
Season 1-5th to 7th
Season 2-5th to 7th + a domestic cup
Season 3-5th + European success
Season 4-Champions League spots
Season 5-Challenge for title

Well, I'm proud to say that we have blown these expectations out of the water
