Guys, few people asked me for help because they weren't able to find any players by using the filters even they had a very good scouting knowledge across the world and it came out that they played with "Attributes Masking" turned ON.

Please notice if you want to use the filters then you should turn OFF the "Attributes Masking" when you start a new save or otherwise the filters will be useless.

I'll add this warning to the OP.

Tick the option to "Disable Attribute Masking" when you start a new save:
