Wolfsburg complete new Central Midfield Partnership​

Wolfsburg have completed the big signing of Franco Zuculini from Hoffenheim for a fee that could rise to £13.75M. They are said to be paying £5M up front with the rest over the next 4 years. Daniel Feliciano was quoted as saying "This could be one of the best transfers I make in my career". Wolfsburg start their season with a German Cup game in 2 weeks, and Feliciano is said to be eager to link up his new central midfielders in that game.

Good win for the runners up. Expected to win this one rather heavily, seeing as I played my strongest line up, but the team has to gel, and find their feet again so hopefully we'll do better that this in the first league game of the season against Schalke.

Excellent win to start the season off with one of the big boys and completely outplaying them. Dzeko should have had a hat-trick but had a goal chalked off wrongly for offside. Good win on the opening day and I'm very happy with how the team played

Feliciano cashes in on want away CB​

Andrea Barzagli has left Wolfsburg after making it public that he wished to leave the German Champions. Juventus have snapped up the Italian defender for £7.5M, who later said that after he left he was upset not to be working under Feliciano anymore but however was happy to have the opportunity to play at a bigger club.
Feliciano was said to be looking for an international defender to replace the big Italian, with Gabriel Milito's name popping up a lot after the Argentine was transfer listed at the Camp Nou.​

He was only worth £3.8, and it was a non-negotiable offer, so I thought might aswell accept it because if I didn't he'd just disrupt the squad harmony. So I thought I'd cash in and get a good replacement and have some more money left over.

Excellent performance from the big Bosnian. Hat-trick from the big man and I'm very pleased I didn't have to consider any offers for him, as nobody made a bid. But no matter what, he wasn't going anywhere! Great game, and Van Der Vaart topped it all off by scoring his first for the club. Great performance and my team seem to be gelling absoloutley perfectly!

I'm actually in the process of attempting to sign one. He's young, but immense. Funny you should say that about Traore, as he's been phenomenal so far this season!

Wolfsburg finally beat Bayern​

Wolfsburg 2-1 FC Bayern

Another win, to make it 3 out of 3 so far this season. Dzeko got yet another goal, and Traore got what proved to be the winner. These two are looking a formidable partnership at the moment, but I am looking to bring in another striker. Excellent performance from the boys, and we fully deserved our win.
