Like myself clocking in some beautiful results with Bournemouth, well done! Looking forward to seeing them!

My 2nd season using this tactic has been very hit and miss. Took over Norwich when they were 13th with 17 games to go, won 16/17 and finished 2nd close to winning the league.

Now in the prem. Now I'm 8th in the league after being promoted and favourite to go straight back down so i would say the tactic is out performing my level but I'm not reaching the top level like other users on here are experiencing. Its quite inconsistent and i've taken some really heavy defeats, conceding 6 against liverpool and 7 against ManU.

My morale is high
I follow the game instructions to the letter
Set piece takers are correct
I'm using the training from the op

I dont have all 4*coaches but I cant imagine that is having so much impact and making the tactic inconsistent.

What could i be doing wrong?

i would blame new signings - it's gonna take some time before team will start being a team. typical for new season mate, nothing to worry about, just keep going and results will come :).

Thanks mate, I only signed 3 players but you could be right. Hopefully it picks up soon. I mean 8th for a newly promoted team is great, anything else is just pure greed :D

You've suffered heavy defeats to big teams but also done similar to contemporaries. That tactic is not a diablo. Having the coaching nailed is actually very important in terms of keeping your team fit and healthy. I do wonder how you are with injuries and how fit the players are?

Its not a miracle tactic. It will help you outperform with a comparable team but if the team is not high level and the players don't fit the tactic, then you will have off days.

The Bournemouth side I used were perfectly suited to it, the Everton side in the video less so. Everton had the better players but Bournemouth got the better results in harder conditions.

If team morale is good, the players are fit and you do as I instructed you have a fighting chance. The better players you have, the better the results will get.

New signings, if they are replacing players of significant influence within the dressing room will take time to bed in as well.

You are essentially 8th in the league with a mainly championship squad, i'd say that's actually quite impressive.

Rego's throw-in setup is really good!!

Yep, this 100%

Aye, THIS haha! Enjoy the season settling in, next season i'd wager, with a settled squad suited to the tactic you'll be doing alot better than 8th

I think my injuries have had a big impact, ive been pretty decimated by them and I'm not sure why. Hopefully, things will pick up after that, but like i said I'm definitely overachieving :)

Training intensity, quality and squad size! I had a feeling you were suffering from injuries, as you said yourself it wasn't 4* or above. Keep badgering for more coaches every month and get the balance of 4* minimum across the board, light intensity using those schedules. Then don't play players unless they are 92%+ fit.

1. - Set pieces are included.
2. - I tried to attach filters on here earlier but the fmf files don't format. I'm working on a full set, twill be out tonight To be fair though the opening post does describe at length what to look for.

Well, you can see that good international result is a vindication whether the tactic is generally good, so....
