Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Mine should arrive in the post this morning :D that's my planned early night gone to pot. Never played any Elder Scrolls games though but have always fancied them.

While playing Skyrim, keep in mind that a real life hour will go past in what seems like 20 mins lol

"I'll just have a quick go for half an hour....." 3 hours later and your still rummaging about in a dungeon
 
I've invested over 65 hours into this game thus far, and I don't think I've touched 60% or so of the content available.

What kind of character you made? + What level you up to? Think im only about 13ish

Had that problem in World of Warcraft. Now it's "one last match on FM". Then it's 4:30 am lol
 
I had a go last night for a couple of hours and now I'm up to;
Getting the Dragonstone for that wizard.. So I've found the place on the mountain and I've gone inside, killed off some feeble peeps and I go in to a room where there is a man who is about to pull a lever and jumped in, killed him and pulled it myself, only to get battered by them arrows, now the door won't open :( am I supposed to let him pull the lever or what!?
I eventually turned it off to watch the football, will have another go tonight. Can't remember the name of the character I picked but he looks like Mr. T XD, I think it was the best warrior type, near the bottom of the selections at the start.

It's a Redguard. My level 30 warrior was a Redguard with a mohawk too.

RE: The Lever (See below)

You need to look above the doorway of the lever and you'll notice two images, and one on the floor where it has crumbled and fallen. Place the images on the left of the room in the same order and then pull the lever again. Bear in mind the one on the floor goes in the middle, if you weren't certain.
 
Aaah thanks! I saw them but didn't realise I could interact with them, probably because I was rushing to put the football on :P
 
I did quite a bit last night but I accidentally shouted at someone I shouldn't have and now the whole town is trying to kill me, but every time I re-spawn, I go straight back to the middle of a sword fight :( :( and giants killed my horse :( :(

have you got a back up save? I always have multiple saves I rotate just incase somthing like this happens
 
What I do is rotate each time I save, that way, if u screw up and it auto saves, you can go to the next one :)
 
absolutly great game, i honestly belive if they had of made it online, made a bigger world to include morrow and watever other places from the other games they released it would probably blow wow out of the water, ive never played the other elder games but this is just a great great game imo

To be fair mate, your not going to do everything thats in this game alone. Dont even try and imagine adding Morrowind ;)
 
I :wub: this game. Level 37 Breton, basically a spellsword from Oblivion. Still only done 7 quests for the storyline!

Wearing Dragonplate armour, all enchanted, all named (yes i am a geek that way)

I think I'm somthing like level 16 Argonian with nothing special in the way of equipment. Ive got a load of perk points to use, dont know what to use them on!!

i did that for ages, kept saving up point till i worked out where i wanted my character to go. what type of style do you use?
