Aw dont worry mate, try offering your key players new contracts will increase their morale abit which might bring better performances. You can survive just believe in yourself!.

****....i blame the tactic's :'(

There certainly being tested to the wire at the moment but they still manage great wins like the Blackburn one, I am sure they see me through Kris, keep the faith

Cheers for the support guys, and cheers Noobito, I will look at Ceravolo whether I stay up or get relegated, either way, I will continue the story.

Unlucky with the recent results, but Blackburn looked like a good performance and a result to go with it.

Run of fixtures, the home games against Stoke, Hull and Birmingham are must wins, anything else is a bonus.

Might be able to get a point at Fulham and at United, and yeah, hopefully you can win 2 of them 3 games atleast.

"Were winning away, were winning away, how **** must you be, were winning away"

Fulham 1 - 2 Burnley
Guerrero, Wilson
Mark Wilson finanally got the nod ahead of Tyrone Mears, Burnley started brightly but were denied by an eager Mark Schwarzer, Guerrero however broke the deadlock early on after Burnley's 4th attempt on goal, Fulham tried to fight back but failed to do so, in the second half, Fulham came out fighting and equalised through Bobby Zamora, however in the dying minutes, Jorgensen was brought down in the box after Aron Gunnarsson long throw, Kamara the culprit. Mark Wilson stepped up to hammer home the penalty and secure all three points for Burnley, the travelling Clarets went mental......

Burnley move out of the relegation zone to 15th place after an emphatic win at Craven Cottage, Clarets Manager Rudolf Martinez said "It is a breath of fresh air, we our still with out rivals, I hope to get another 10 points before the season ends, now we can go and give Man United a proper game without the pressure of being in the relegation zone on us".

Man Who?

Burnley 2 - 3 Man United
Traore, Guerrero
Burnley put up a fight against 10 man United but lost the game to a fantastic Ryan Giggs free kick, unfortunate, yes they were, Traore put Burnley one up from Guerrero parried shot, however United equalised through a Nemanja Vidic header, Berbatov put Unite ahead and then Antonio Valencia was sent off for a two footed lunge. Burnley came back after the break and equalised through Guerrero but United battled on and substitute Giggs won them game leaving the Clarets fans going home dissapointed.

Very dissapointed as Giggs has now scored two free kicks against despite his rating only being 14 for free kicks.

Tottenham 1 - 0 Burnley
Should of been about 5 nil Spurs, they dominated us from start to finish, Coruch hit the post, Defoe missed sitters but luckily for Spurs, Tom Huddlestones free kick was enough to the seal the win, Burnley's only chances were Bikey's free kick and Gunnarsson's free kick which both fizzled over the bar.

Burnley 0 - 2 Stoke
Why can't we deal with Tuncay Sanli, Bikey lets down the defence as usual, all he seems to do is foul, Robert Huth gets sent off but Burnley fail to take advantage and turn over the 2 goal decifit, no more performances like this please.....

Burnley Manager Rudolf Martinez has admitted to the media his dissapointment in centre half Andre Bikey, Martinez said "I am extremely dissapointed with Andre, he is too aggresive in his play and gives away many fouls in which we our conceding goals from, I hope he gets his act together soon". It is likely that David Edgar will replace Bikey in Burnley's must win clash against Hull at Turf Moor.

Burnley 1 - 3 Hull
Guerrero
No, what is going on, Viera was ***** in goal today, Burnley only 1 Point above the relegation zone with Hull and Portsmouth yapping at there heals, they will need something big to stay up.

Wolves 1 - 0 Burnley
Kevin Doyle scored against me as usual, Burnley threated late on but Miles Addison fired over the bar, Sebastien Viera did a fantastic job to keep Burnley in the game. Burnley slip into the relegation zone.

Burnley have now lost there last 5 matches.

Burnley 0 - 2 West Ham
Franco and Noble got the goals for the Irons as they claimed 3 points, Traore had a goal dissallowed and Paterson hit the bar, the result could of easily been different.

Burnley fall deeper in to relegation hitting 19th place.

Down to the wire

Bolton 0 - 0 Burnley
Both sides had goal dissallowed in this stale mate, the game could of gone either way but Burnley picked up a crucial point, they are now three points from safety.

Burnley 2 - 0 Birmingham
Jorgensen, Paterson
A much needed win for the Clarets, they started brightly with Gunnarsson having a dissallowed goal, Jorgensen put Burnley ahead through Codrea's corner and then Paterson finished them off in injury time, Burnley remain in relegation zone with two fixtures left against Everton and Chelsea.

Send them Hull bastards down and keep yourself up Jack, you can do it.

Who have you got in your last 2 games?

The edge of my seat is worn down! A result against either Chelsea or Everton could be enough but that's not easy. Hope you don't ending up regretting that loss to Hull, but you know I have a good feeling about this! ;)

Last Game Hope?

Sebastien Viera ruled out for two to three weeks with injury, Lars Stauburg will deputise.

Everton 1 - 0 Burnley
Must beat Chelsea. must beat Chelsea.

The 38th game

Burnley 2 - 4 Chelsea
Traore (2)
Burnley put up a fight against Chelsea but couldn't handle Frank Lampard and were subsequently relegated, Traore gave Burnley some hope but Burnley never got a firm grip on the game.

Burnley Manager Rudolf Martinez said "I am dissapointed that we've been relegated in this way, it is sad for the club and the fans and espicially the player, if the board allow me to keep my job, I shall not stop working until I have taken this club back to the PL. We shall see over the next few days about what happens with my future but I am willing to stay and get the team promoted again, I do not believe this will effect us financially as we worked on a small budget so we will not be in huge amounts of debt, I also hope my players honour there contracts.

Burnley Chairman Barry Kilburn has today announced the departure of Manager Rudolf Martinez he said "Rudolf did not meet the terms we agreed at the start of the season, he did a good job but I had no choice but to sack him, we will be looking for a sucesser in near future".

Rudolf Martinez said outside his home today, "It saddens me to lose my job but I admit I told the board I could keep Burnley up and didn't so it inevitable that I would get sacked, I hope to be back in work soon, I wish Burnley football club and there fan best in the future".

It is largely believe that Martinez is interested in the vacant Mangerial job at Fulham.

New Beginnings
Burnley were quick to appoint former fan favourite and ex player John Gregory, ex Manager Rudolf Martinez is said to be interested in the Mallorca job, Kit Symons has been appointed as care taker Manager at Fulham.

What can I say, bad luck mate. What's next for Martinez?

Well, I'm not getting any jobs at the moment because not many Managers get sacked at the end of the season, my markets fairly limited as I've only got Leagues from Coca Cola Legaue 1 upwards and the top two Leagues from Spain and Italy, at the moment, I am just holidaying with apply to any jobs, hopefully one will turn up.

Hard luck on being relegated mate!! Are you gonna post your results when you get a new job in this thread?
