Not a lot happened in the winter transfer window as i struggled to bring in any decent players for a reasonable fee.
Cale finally left to join Celtic for just under a million and the likes of Lafferty and Itaperuna also left for fees of around £80k.

It was a very close game but we were never going to get a goal let alone 3, they win 4 - 1 on aggregate. Thats our european adventure over for another season, hopefully it has helped our seedings for europe next season.

About Thun strikers, you shouldnt complain. You shouldnt let your best strikers such as N'Djeng boss you around and allow them to leave however good (young) players you have. You should have point blank refused and used him. You would now have a better return as:

1) N'Djeng would have been fully acclimatised as it would be his second season with you.
2) He is known to be a bit of a wonder"kid" who does v well in better squads/teams than SION's.

Im not saying thats deffo the cause of your troubles but ....

Yet I continued to play him as per normal and his performance so far is 7.26. Will continue to use him as I deem fit. Two things will happen: he ll either give up or run down his contract. But his contract still has 2 years to go so sth tells me he'll give up. Either way I have one of the best young cms/dms who's integrated in my squad. Even if I get 24m from a sale Im not sure I can get someone as good/better for this amount 4 yrs into my save.

I wasnt complaining i was just saying how well they were doing, Mrdja has not been the same since his injury which hasnt helped but i have Prijovic so im not too bothered, NDjeng was sold for that money before his contract ran out, anything over a million is big money for us, in the summer at the moment Sulejmani has been sold for £5million thanks to the chairman i get hardly any say in outgoing players but i see this as a fun long term project so am not too bothered if i have a poor season or two.
