Some goal celebrations these days border on ****, so just watch highlights of Gary Neville and David Beckham celebrating, it's like watching a dog hump your leg, you wanna kick it but there's probably someone else watching so you have to wait until someone calls it off.
 
Infact they should have 'God mide' so people dont need to cheat -.-
 
A manager history generator: Choose your former clubs, awards, etc - other than just your caps

Could affect your rep IE: Both Gareth Barry and Lionel Messi are Int. Footballers.... but the one with the Ballon D'Ors will be more reputable :P

What about being able to play your squad against other people online or in a KO tournament as my team is easily the best in the world and haven't had a real challenge to the premier league for a few years and it could be fun to see how your squad compares to other peoples.

The AI should also do serious trade with players and fix the totally overpriced players. You can't buy a star without, you have to break the transfer record everytime!
 
Being able to add view-only leagues during a game instead of just playable ones. :) And being have playable and view-only leagues in the same country. :D

I think you can do that in a network game. I want a player manager option and a manager history generator.
 
I would like to be able to start from the bottom of the pile, i.e under 18 manager, and work your way up to full manager.

More speech options during press conferences, adding director of football who has an actual role at the club.
 
Your all missing the point of PA, your not meant to see it. so a rubbish young player could turn out to be amazing just like kuyt, but geniescout tells you who they are unrealistictly.

idk if anyone wrote this before but it would be nice if the scout report covered more then 1 position in the report if the player can play in multiple positions, so we know what his best overall role is
 
Unsure if this has been said but I would like to take control of a manager aswell at times rather than making your own and sacking SAF for example. Similar to be a pro on fifa, You become SAF or JM so you have their reputation. Obviously you would still have the option of making your own manager but just as a change.
 
not sure if this has been mentioned but when you buy a youngster you shud be able 2 send that youngster bk 2 that club on loan for the rest of the season
 
I know there is a downloadable database every year but the inclusion of more African leagues on the game would be nice. Although the South African leagues are good, perhaps the Egyptian, Tunisian, Ivorian, Congolese and Nigerian leagues just for more variety could be included.

I would also like to see some of these annoying patterns in the game fixed, such as the corner being played then cleared and returned to the offside corner taker as mentioned above by Gestalt, also quite often I find that teams score literally seconds after each other, they run unopposed form the center and equalize or stretch further ahead. This is something that has made me want to throw my laptop into the fireplace on many occasions.
 
Backroom advice should be like team meetings, where other coaches can disagree o agree with advice from your staff.
 
As I'm getting into long term saves further, loading times are starting to get ridiculous, which, ok I get are necessary. Stick a mini game like a computer game of table football on or quiz questions just to keep us occupied. Its got to the point where I minimize the screen and surf the net for 5 minutes instead of waiting.
 
in a match I'm not always watching it so it could be cool if you could set the subs you want at half time for when in the second half you want them, then if someone else gets injured before the sub you can cancel it, i mean i doubt I'm the only one who isn't always watching the matches and that means no substitutions which can have a harmful effect so this would be a good feature
