fifa 10 is amazing
much better than 09, it seems much more realistic.
have just pre ordered my copy :D
 
Its growing on me i must say,its certainly better than last years effort in pace and movement and there are some nice animations and visual touches too.I really hope the Management mode has been improved though,last year it was full of stupid bugs carried over from the year before like all the matches were in sunny daylight including CL games and midweek ones,it was never night or rainy.You could not change squad numbers or choose what number a new signing had,so you ended up with keepers wearing number 9 and forwards wearing number 1.Id like to see a better looking menu,the introduction of away shorts and socks and bring back muddy kits when its raining.

Amazing improvment from last yh remember this is just a demo aswell its much more of a challenge aswell.
Its not as simple as PES (ie give ronaldo,messi,kaka the ball and run and score)
However this is a must purchase for me i will be pre ordering my copy asap there are so many little things you see and think wow thats wicked like free kicks without any cut off scene same with yellow cards and gk running back to line too clear the ball same with defenders also so more relistic inc refferees jumping over or out the way of the ball.

Anyone seen any of those little features what do ppl make of it then i absoutly love it.

All of that was in PES 09 already

and can you calm down abit, its like your in love with the game
 
I would love fifa if players were not so slow with the ball....nothing better than playing pes on top player with Messi,Ronaldo or Kaka and using your skill and smarts to beat 4 players before scoring or making a great pass
 
yea what is with the comparisons to pro evo? is there even a demo for pro evo 10 yet?
and jdy11 was right the features were in pro evo before, all Fifa ever does is use to take their ideas from Pro evo, the ideas they come up with themselves are alwasy ****- like 10v10 online? whata **** mode, and the 'become a legend' on pes was much better than the Fifa version.


although i think they are so close in terns of how good they are, it is down to preference.
i'm just glad there are two great football games, i use to hate in childhood going to a friends house and having to play rubbish Fifa, so atleast now it's good to play

The become a Legend mode was actually brought out first on Winning Eleven (the Japanese version of PES) EA stole the idea and put it on FIFA as Be a Pro,it wasn't till after that it made an appearance on Pro Evo.EA even admit that FIFA wouldn't be half as good as it is today if it hadn't took idea's off Pro Evo,go back 5 or 6 years and FIFA was a truly awful unrealistic game getting by on its Licenses and promotional work.
 
In my opinion i think Fifa 10 is the exact same as Fifa 09 in every single way except that the commentators are worse (ie. i was getting beat 2-0 at half time, i had 60% possesion and they had two shots in the half whereas i had 8, and the commentator says, "They deserve their lead at the break, they've much moe possesion and had more chances on goal, an all round good peformance!").
 
see it's posts like the above that proves that fifa is played by daft wee boys and idiots.

Its only the demo like.. last years demo wasnt that good untill the actual game came out and it was class.. same as this year, the demo is ok, but the game it self will be far different and better prepard to the demo lak..
 
I actually think the commentry on FIFA is class :( certainly better than Champion and that **** Lawrenson. WHAT A STOOOOMER THAT IS! for gods sake.,

I'm a PES fan and i'm not denying that it's 10x better, but it doesn't mean that the Fifa commentry is any good

its a demo there is still loads to be done m8 like i won a pen shootout and the other team was celebrating that dont mean its gonna stay like that does it its prob just a bug lol

Its very hard to get Commentary's spot on as its all pre recorded,hopefully it will be more polished by the time the full game is out.

PES copy Fifa on features aswell...
 
Well the first pes came out on 2001, and then fifa was 93 for every year since to now.
