Looking for a team that has some decent/top youngsters with the same nationality as the club. Also some decent training facilities.

How about Borussia Mönchengladbach, they have some talented youngsters (Ter Stegen ) and no debts (not sure about that though).

prefer a squad that doesn't need any dramatic changes just one or signing perhaps,
