I need a team that i can do a long term save with (3/4 seasons) and i can get the team into the europa or champions league in the first season, and won't get boring!

I keep starting new saves with Man United and keep losing interest around half a season in. I think the problem is that I have not had a save with any other team for the past 3 years and am just burnt out playing with Man United every iteration of FM. Could someone please suggest a different team for me to have a go with? All I want is for the save to capture my interest. Also, it would be nice if it was a team that was outside the UK and suited to a one-striker formation :D

Other - I want to take a club from South America that has a lot of potential in it and preferably generates a lot of good newgens, but isn't already one of the biggest clubs in it's country. My goal is to take it to win the League within 3 seasons, and the continental cup within 5, and then take the national team to win the World Cup within 11. I would use the club as a place for all the great young talent from the country to be gathered together and brought to their full potential, as well as learn to play well together. Ultimately, the goal is to make Argentina/Brazil into the leading soccer power in the world. (I would have to edit a few things to bring the South American leagues closer to the European ones though, such as giving the other top clubs extra money.)

Why dont you try someone form German top divison, i would suggest you Bayer Leverkusen, they've got quite good players

can someone recommend any team anywhere in the world that has a good youth setup and has prospects of being self sufficient? would like to be able to have a save where I focus completely on young players ... not someone east like city/barca
 
roma are quite an interesting experience, diverse squad with a few very good youngster just bought, pjanic,bojan,kjaer and lamela
