FM 2012 - Who should I be?

Country = England,italy,france,or germany
Tier highest tier 2nd lowest 4th tier (if the have one)
Finances= stable or rich
Prediction= Mid.

yeah guys if you could suggest teams that are not in the top league but have potentiol that would be great...i want a challenge with this and will be starting tonight so if u could suggest some teams for me that would be great ....i may even turn it into a story if i do well...
 
Stoke, Bordeaux, Lazio and..... Wolfsburg are my suggestions... ^_^

Additional Information: I would like a team with a good background story like Plymouth Argyle in League Two, where Peter Reid had to sell his FA cup runners up medal to fund the team and pay wages whilst they went into administration

I would like to play in the Blue Square Bet North/South. The team should have some good players, so that the promotion isn't that difficult.

there the only decent youth systems that arent massive clubs like barca, dortmund, man u etc.
