you dont need kits and logos folder. all you need to do is create a graphics folder, in that folder create a facepacks folder. go into game go to interface setting open up addition interface options click reload skin when confirming changes to preferances. delete cache and reload the skin

at some point this week i will go through all premier league clubs and write down which first team players are missing from each club .i know arsenal are missing 2 first team regulars in mertersacker and giroud. illtry and get a full list writen up by end of week.alsomayiaskby dynamo kiev and shakhtar donetsk are missing from europe pack there both in euorpean compititon

everton no one missing other than baye oumar niassé who i beleive hasnt kicked a single ball for everton this season. maybe a pic for youth team tho.

I would be happy if you send me the template and I'll working on it. If you want to add it here when I'm done, it will be great, and I'll post the Facepack at Israelis forums.
another advice, write at the first post when was the last update of every league/pack.
 
Where do you extract the pictures to? Which folder? Graphics?

Been a couple of years since I have played FM so forgot how to do it
 
sorry to say i will no longer be looking for missing players and providing unique ids, i wish you well on project, without template being shared and big name players and alot of la liga and serie a teams missing altogether i get the feeling there is no real desire here to make this work properly.

I have PM you the template but first you need to make a couple of tiles in order to see it is suitable for the facepacks. sorry i have been busy with real life work and i have had less time to make facepacks but they will get there eventually.
