if you read the rules you will see that it says you can choose any budget, so andy you could give your team a 100Mil budget if you wanted but that could put yous in major debt then possibly administration

You know ive brought somebody from Dortmund but im not telling you who it was... I dont even know how much money I bought him for because i dont have fm12 in front of me so im not sure what his value is...
