The Pirates of the Caribbean

- UPDATE 2.a -
1st of July ‘16 – 30th of June ‘17

There has been disturbing news coming out of the Caribbean region in the past few months. Captain Jack Sparrow has gone missing and it is said that he has followed his ancestry’s footsteps and is looking to travel the seas for plunder. If that wasn’t enough, it is also believed that he was able to brainwash Captain Morgan to join his fleet. We don’t have the full details, though we have discovered Cptn. Morgan bring a descendant from the Morgan family, known to have followed the motto ‘To Life, Love and Loot’. Will he follow suit?

There hasn’t been much news towards Richard **** either. Has he retired? We have yet to get confirmation yet. More information as soon as we get them.

** Quick Info **
This is part 1 of the second update. Needed to get those 3 players out of the way before the nitty gritty update gets underway. Lots of action happening.

Does no talent have the most talent from all, with all those clubs interested? Shame on all of you fellow pirates!

The Pirates of the Caribbean

- UPDATE 2.b -
1st of July ‘16 – 1st of June ‘17

2016 was very active year for the players on our scouting list. Caribbean Cup took place. Preliminary Round started in August with the Finals being played on December 13th in Basseterre, Saint Kitts and Nevis.

Prelim Round Noticeable Results:
Saint Martin lost all 3 games of the group stages and were kicked out from the start. Jeremy Ouillet-Vareille captained all 3 games for his country. They were humiliated and were only able to score 1 goal in 3 games.

Round 1 Noticeable Results:
5 Groups of 4 teams with top team + best third place country going through to Round 2. Montserrat were knocked out in the round. Hans Christian Pedersen started all 3 games. Collecting 1 Clean Sheet and allowing a total of 3 goals in the other 2 games. The Emerald Boys hadn’t picked up enough points to go through.

That honor went to Antigua and Barbuda, who finished the round with 6 points. Yayabaro was instrumental to his country in the third game. Putting together a dominating performance and helped the team win their match 3-0 to cement their place into Round 2.

Cuba on the other hand went undefeated. Winning 2 games and drawing the third. No Talent scored 1 goal in 2 appearances. Even netting the game tying goal in the second game.

Round 2 Noticeable Results:
3 Groups of 4 with top 2 teams in each group moving to Round 3. Barbados, Trinidad & Tabago as well as Antigua & Barbuda were all knocked out in this stage of the tournament. Amassing 5 points all three countries combined.

While they were disappointing, Cuba went undefeated again in the second round. No Talent made an appearance in 2 games and made sure he made an impact in the third game of the round by assisting the game winning goal against Barbados.

Round 3 Noticeable Results:
2 Groups of 4 teams with the top teams of each group playing for top honors. This time, the competition was too strong for Cuba. They went on to lost all three games, ending their campaign with a goal difference of -7.

Jamaica were highly seeded and played in the 3rd round of the competition. Their only loss to Martinique was the decisive result to kept them in second place of the group, losing 3-2. Only Mide made the start to the game, assisting 1 goal. Mide was a goal scoring machine, 3 goals and 1 assist in 3 games played. He also finished the tournament with the highest average rating of 8.60.

Third Place Result:
Jamaica played Guadeloupe in the 3rd place match. Mide scored the second goal of the game in a 2-0 win.

Final Result:
Martinique won the Caribbean Cup 3-2 in extra time to lift the title in the most amazing way. They won every single game except for one, which ended in a draw.

- Players Update / News –
We will now be going through our scouted players to see what is going on with the careers.

Celestine Yayabaro
Juventus are currently front runners to signing the Left Back who has been doing great for his country. Currently has 12 caps under his name and has been in fine form in the past 5 games. Monaco and Napoli have also shown signs of wanting the Antiguan.

Captain Blackbeard Jr.
Juventus is also going after the 2-meter goalkeeper from Barbados. Junior hasn’t been able to keep a clean sheet in the past 5 games; He was unimpressive during the Caribbean Cup… yet his team wasn’t very helpful. Monaco is also in the running.

Captain Barbados
Juventus are really trying to get their hands on some young talent. The jovial young midfielder has shown great knack on tackling the opposition. In the 3 Caribbean Cup games, Cptn. Barbados registered 15 tackles.
No Talent
The busiest player as of late for Club and Country. No Talent was picked up by Arsenal after his fine showing with Cuba in the Caribbean Cup where he helped Cuba get to the 3rd round. Since joining Arsenal, he has been playing with the Youth Squad. He has been impressive enough to keep lots of interests his way. Since joining in January, both Inter Milan and Napoli have been knocking. Both have been declined by Arsenal.

Lewie Roberts
Will be joining Chelsea in September 2017. Not much going on other than playing with Honduras’ U20 Squad.

Jammy Dadger
Since joining Montego Bay United, Jammy has been doing nothing but winning. In 2 seasons, he has won the Caribbean Football Union Club Champion’s Cup, equivalent to the UEFA Champions League, in his first year with the team. They also came Runners Up in his second year. He has also been voted Player of the Year by the team’s fans. No small feat for a 17-year-old. Want more, he has already represented his club with 76 starts. Tallying 2 goals, 14 assists and 22 POM. This fine biography has attracted attention from German club Schalke. Will Jammy move overseas and will he give 1 more year of service to his childhood club? He still has 18 months on contract.

Wikiwki
Joining Chelsea at the end of June. Should be interesting to see how he fares. His last international game ended by Wiki getting a straight red vs South Korea.

Jason Malaka
Monaco and Napoli are after him. No contract has been signed yet.

Medmax
Another Caribbean player joining Chelsea in September 2017. Chelsea are without a manager at the moment, the new boss will be hoping the new batch of players will bring trophies.

**Side note: Wikiwiki, Malaka and Medmax were all part of the Jamaican U20 that won the CONCACAF U20 Championship beating USA 2-1. Wikiwiki was the second best rated player. Medmax netted 3 goals and assisted the Finals’ game winning goal. Meanwhile Jason Malaka finished the tournament with a goal and an assist. Jamaica’s future is bright.

Mide
Another player who has been as busy as Jammy. Though at a higher level. He has been up and down the Sevillas’ senior squad and B squad, but he hasn’t gone unnoticed by his country’s manager. He has been a regular as of late and has already scored 2 goals in the World Cup Qualifiers. He scored 14 goals and 3 assists in 21 games for Sevilla Ateltico and he was rewarded with a spot in the senior squad for the upcoming season. As for his international career, 8 caps, 6 goals, 1 assist and 3 Player of the Matches. Pretty good if you ask me.

Hans Christian Pedersen
Pedersen has finally joined Manchester City and was demoted to the U21s to get in shape and help get comfortable with his new surroundings. We will keep a close eye as we watch his progress in England.

Jeremy Ouillet-Vareille
We havent heard much of Jeremy as of late. For those who are no aware, Jeremy will be crossing half the world to play for Kayserispor in Turkey’s Super Lig. He will be joining his new club in a few weeks to start his pre-season.

Twigg Murdog
In the past year, Twigg joined Caledonia United on trial, only to be snatched by PSG weeks after his trial ended. He will be going to the French capital by the end of the month. On a side note, he had rejected Everton not long before.

Odd-***** Notthatbright
OWN has been taking Trinidad football by storm. Already collecting 2 personal awards in the first 2 years. He was voted the team’s best player by their fans and was inducted into Trinidad & Tobago’s top 11 players of the year. He still has 22 months in his contract with Caledonia United.

Bolzy
Joining Manchester United in July 2017.

Hulkster
Joining Manchester United in September 2017.

**Side note: Bolzy and Hulkster combination has been on tear for Trinidad & Tobago’s U20 squad. They have been the backbone of the team. Both have been averaging a rating of over 7.72. With Twigg Murdog making an appearance here and there, they have been unbeaten when all 3 have started together. Many are surprised that Odd-***** has not been name to join the U20. There are talks that if he had been able to join, T&T could have won the CONCACAF U20 Championship and might have been in the Finals vs Jamaica… but were beaten by USA. Who in turn lost to Jamaica in the Finals. We could have had our first rivalry match.

-Other Information-
With most players being signed, it will be easier to start posting screenshots of players
stats and achievements. With few in U20 squads and others in Senior squads, things are hard to keep track of. Thanks for your patients everyone. Really appreciate it. :)

Yaaaaaaaas lost the head against south Korea. The spirit of Tollcross lives on.

Bummer, Pedersen will probably end up rottening up in the youth squad... Hopefully I'll join a smaller club on loan soon

I can see Richard Butts making a late push and surprising everyone by coming up the rear.......

Things look good for Jammy, he's proving to be a cracker of a player now if he can only get his big move he can take the world by storm. Lets just hope he doesn't crumble.

Migt as well call me king midas cause everytime i play i put im a golden performance

Hulk and Bolzy running wild! x2 :) I hope in Man U they also keep in first eleven together :)
