I don't know what version of FM 2012 some of you are playing but I read through this thread and see the transfer fees people say they spent and I just think :O

10M on Badelj and 5M on Vrsaljko? Really? In FM 2012?

In my brand new Arsenal save, Dinamo wanted 49M for Badelj and rejected my highest offer of 22M. I have a hard believing people are getting him for 10M.

Maybe you lot know some ninja secret to getting transfers because in my saves teams do not sell players for remotely as low a price as I see in this thread.

if u buy them every early when u start ur game, then both will be available for cheap pennies :)

Vrsaljko usually cost 1m, and im not sure of badelj, but both are great player for a cheep price. saame goes for some players, liek neven subtoic a very good CB, at the start fo the game, Dortmund will want 20m (and even sometimes less). But if u wait for next season to get him, he'll be priced 40m XD. same for mbaye niang, 4-4.5 star potential ;), early in teh game. 12m, but if u wait for a long time, it liek be like humongous cuz he's a scoring beast :p

Barca had a terrible game lol Alves scoring the winning goal for me and Messi skying a Pen! :D

2011-2012 was a awful season due to many points

1. RVP being constantly injured and scored no more than 5 during the whole season

2. Poor Squad

3. Not scoring enough goals.

4. We finished 6th got beat in the CC semi's by chelsea got put out the FA Cup by Brighton in the 4th round and beat 2-1 by Chelsea in the UCL final.

So I sold all the poor players which brought me in over 20 million which let me bring in two world class players in Cavani to replace RVP and Hazard to replace Arshavin.

The 1st team is now:

Before I wasn't trying to sign them right at the start of the game. In the other save, Badelj had already switched teams once.

I was able to get:
Badelj 13M
Vrsaljko 9M
Verratti 5M

Thanks! Now I know the ninja signing secrets (starting to use Monthly Installments has helped alot too)

I would love to bring, but... reasonable price (money is not an issue, but I'm trying to get all for no more than 30M...just in case of Neymar and Goetze, possibly Jones or Varane I would give more, but not over 40-45M), no possible negotiations... in most cases I simply couldn't unsettle the players even if I was favoured manager and blablabla... lukaku-not possible for arsenal, even when he was unsettled and 3 years of praising... and there are so many and so strong youngsters, that it ruins my game (and the 2nd thing of getting so much money for loaning young players out...simply not realistic...but fine :) ), it doesn't make any sense to invest money in anybody well known, or not even to train players (would like to see young Zidane :) if he could be so good like father was :) ), you really need just to wait for 17yo messis and ronaldos with huge potential for cents, who come every year from all over the world... I think, it shuold be managed better, give them more potential, but not just stats like 26yo players at their top... IMO

my new signing byran ruiz is been handy. with walcott injured again, ruiz has done well. :p
