Crystal Palace Update 4
Before I continue I will clarify my choices not to go for the underdog tactics created by Mr.Langvatn - My team cohesion was very very low due to 25+ new signings and it wouldn't matter which tactic I would use - It would be a fail nomatter what!! - So I decided to buy players that had a chance to develop into world beaters in the future. Also I dislike to play with fullbacks
I feel my team would perform with higher team blend using Frankenstein and it certainly did at the end of season 2. I won the Capital one cup and qualified for Europa League - the league table didn't matter so much but 8th again - I sold many players there among Leroy Fer and cleared all my debt and I reshaped the squad a little again and now I'm truely happy with the squad and team gel is good understanding at the beginning of 3rd season so I'm looking forward to it. Also got my staff upgraded a bit and I can now with ease buy players for the youth team as well not promoting them to the reserves to fast. Better coaches for the 1st team as well - so I'm happy with that
New Faces - Knockaert - Crisetig - Lukaku - Strandberg - Shelvey and Ruffier
I sold several players - Lots of no names + Bony & Leroy Fer
I exspect to challenge for the first four places and maybe even challenge for the title this season the 3rd season.
I'm training a little differently going less for flair and more for technique - quickness and strenght for my strikers. Again I'm convinced that jumping sucks for strikers or what you call tank centre forwards - tell you what here's the attributes that I really appreciates.
Teamwork - All players working as a unit & playing as a unit defensively & offensively
Technique - Performing difficult tasks with the ball shots dribbling etc from DM's - SC's
Workrate - How much the player will put in a physical effort during the match all players benefits from this but most important for the more defensively positioned players starting up top being the CAM.
Offball - Ability to create space - How well he positions himself when his team is in possession SC's & Wingers especially
Flair - Tricks - Hard to defend against because of the unexspected element of surprise - Are questioning this attribute but I would give it to the strikers & the wingers and sometimes the CAM.
Determination - How much a player tries to succeed in his actions - For all players obviously
Anticipation - The ability to predict movements of team mates - the ball - and opposition players can react much faster to events - All players will benefit from this especially if playing possession football - who wouldn't have 11 clairvoyants in the team (FC Barcelona) - Defenders and Strikers benefit immensely from this attribute and its probably one of the most important attributes to have - a good indicator in a young talent if he has this.
Aggression- benefits from - Tackling - anticipation - decisions - concentration (Defenders & Defensive midfielders) - Will commit less foults
First touch - control the ball - and set it up for his next decision - good for all players - essential for all offensive powers.
Passing - How accurate a pass can be performed (Important over longer passing distances) - Not so Important for short passing tactics
Agility - How well a player can shift direction in a flash - hugely beneficial for wingers and strikers that are usually quick - can change the game events with a quick turn cutting inside and hammer the ball in to the top corner
Acceleration - How well the player can reach top speed in no time - Important to have this high for Defenders wingers and strikers
Stamina - The higher stamina the better the player will perform - a low stamina player who have the most amazing attributes will tire quicker and not be able to perform his best - this is important for all for obvious reasons
Strenght - Competing for the ball - Wrestling for the ball call it what you like this is an important attribute for all players - essential for all 13+ for strikers but more is better - very very high for players with defensive tasks 17+ (Not Daniel Agger)

I don't know if Godden is a regent or just a young talent - nomatter what I will play him in the 1st team for atleast 15 games this season - The 3 strikers all different from each other - Maupay I go for 20 strenght then switch to Poacher schedule - Ongenda I target 15 strenght then switch to poacher schedule - Fierro I target 15 strenght then switch to poacher schedule - Praet I target his technical attributes aqlong with samina and strenght through the Box to Box schedule.
This is all for now - I won the Euro league qualifier 10-3 against Mura 05 and have drawn Arsenal Kyiv from the Ukraine in the Euro league play off's - yes I wanna win this - All of it!!!!!!!!
I hope you enjoy this journey its a little different than usual and it keeps me motivated playing the game like this

I'm currently good team blend with my new players at the start of the 3rd season so will have strong team blend soon and then extremely strong understanding - This is the reason why I expect a great season.
