All other players has not been modified. Among the 5 players Pogba is the most modified - Only due to a commentator/reporter saying that Pogba is the next Zinedine Zidane, made me modify Paul Pogba like this. Dede and Kara is hardly modified, but I needed them to be exellent at headers. Robben is one of the quickest players in the world so I made him maximum quick, Benzema is probably not as quick as I made him, but is the only change I made with him otherwise I couldn't use him as some quickness is always required. So a part from Pogba their is no really insane modifications.
After swapping all the players and having my squad ready and being setup with coaches and the first match of the season I thought to myself this is gonna be bad. I was very wrong!!! - before I continue let me just explain team cohesion for you below.

So these are the levels of understanding each other - on the pitch and off the pitch - in order to put in top notch performances you need a high level of understanding - that's where
training team cohesion comes in and match preparation
teamwork. It also helps the
Morale which is another important thing. So infact that my team cohesion was at level 7 makes the league table above insane. If my team cohesion would have been at level 1 performances would have been alot stronger which means you should get much better results. In my latest match the team cohesion has improved too strong understanding and we just won 11-0.
I hope you understand what I'm talking about when I speak highly of team cohesion.

TEAMWORK - Rest day before and after (ticked)
All the tactics that you use from now on - nomatter which one - set the training like this once familiar - its very important!!!. If you want a tactic to work straight of the bat then that's how to do it and don't change it. If you are worried about player development their is no better way to develop than giving the players playing time. Also rest the players individually for 1 or 2 days straight after the match - this will help generate the condition so they are ready for the next match in good condition. This also helps the outcome of the results - how many goals you score. (Micro management is king)
The Bwomper tribute is ofcause a tribute to the nice person Bwomper and a big thanks for his wonderful work in this forum - especially - Frankenstein which I didn't believe in - in the beginning - but Bwomper certainly changed my mind. This tactic is very much based on Frankenstein - but with several modifications to the formation and different sliders - I have gone back to the width slider and set it to the original Frankenstein at notch 5 - I have taken inspiration from my modified 442 that was ofcause very much inspired by Mr Langvatn in the defensive parts, but both The Bwomper Tribute (this one) and the new 442 has a very direct approach and once you hit Die for each other and use match preparation
TEAMWORK continously then that's the point where you should really get massive amount of success.
I have conceeded 2 goals in 19 matches and both goals was **** and it took a long while as well before I conceeded I think it was in the end of december or something like that - in a match where we got a red card. Their will be lots of chances and not many longshots even though I have several players that likes doing that -
normally.
The tactic above could be the best tactic I have been involved with on fm13 - I hope if you try it - that you will show us how you go - also due to its direct style - I will recommend superstar players ingame or regents to succeed. I can also not promise you would succeed in the Premier League in the same way as you could in the Spanish La Liga.
If you for some reason are not impressed - then just remember that the team cohesion was at the worse cohesion possible and they still beat Barcelona away from home 2-0 - the first game they played Malaga and won 7-0
Get a
specialist long thrower - David Luiz is one example - it gives you extra goals - most important though is your
corner kick taker Crossing and corners attribute (maybe creativity) - your tall defender maybe DEDE or KARA will need that to execute the perfect header goals from corners. Get a freekick specialist with the attributes longshot and freekick being high numbers.
Theirs not gonna be any filters created for this one - but I train box to box for midfielders and when they have enough workrate they will train Complete forward to make them perfect and yes they always retrain position to Defensive midfielder if they are a centre midfielder or CAM.
