It's not. Can happen though, I've seen it. It's not actually 10 players, but the AI plays 2 players in the RDM slot. Odd and rather ineffective

Wrong place but Short is slow controlled build up play whereas Direct is well... Directly getting the ball up the pitch as quickly as possible.
