This is a great thread. Please do another thread updating this. Gilberto Silva, Lugano & Dzeko have been awesome. I'm highly recommending this thread in this club guide. I agree that players should have an immediate impact and also that you should try them out first before recommending players as otherwise you're just going by stats which is not really the best way to do things.
