how have you managed such success?
i seem to never ever be able to beat spurs... especially in that manner!
how do you set up your team... training? transfers? etc

No transfers, training I use tactics training on high, and 50% match preparation on defensive positioning, then heavy individual role training. Assistant manager picks the team for me :)
 
I am looking in TI and PI and dont see any difference between original and tight...only formation.

is your overall work load very heavy, heavy or medium?
