I am very disappointed by this loss. This totally crushes our momentum and possibly our hopes for a top four finish.

This was another crushing blow to us today. It was a very poor game on our account and we deserved to be beaten.

FA Cup Fifth Round

This was a decent result to get through to the next round of the FA Cup. We played decent if not fantastic today to come away with the win.

We will now play Brighton in the sixth round.

West Ham v Bolton Wanderers

This Bolton side have improved a lot since I have taken over here. They were very difficult to break down today and we just about managed to come away with the win.

Everton v West Ham

This was a very poor game from which Everton did not make much at all. We were much the better team and deserved a good win but it was not to be as we could not take our chances.

West Ham v Manchester City

This was a decent result for us but we should have won the game as Man City were pretty poor. We need to start taking our chances to have any chance of Champions League football next year.

I am very disappointed with our results this month. We only managed to score four goals and that does say it all. Roll on next month, we will need to improve.

Player of the Month and Top Goalscorer

Oscar has had a good month this much and has scored three goals in his first month at the club. He was the best of a poor bunch this month.

FA Cup Sixth Round

Brighton v West Ham

Another pretty easy win for us in the cup sees us through to the semi final without coming out of first gear. We were very good today and the comfortable victory reflected that.

This was an absolutely fantastic result for us. I thought that Chelsea were unbeatable but we played brilliantly and achieved a hard fought victory. This delighted the board and the fans to no end.

West Ham v Arsenal

Our second game against big four teams in succession came out with a decent draw. This was a poor game and was really a result for both sides. It is still a good result for us.

I am happy with seventh position at the minute and we are pretty much guaranteed European football of some sorts next season. We now have a good run in of fixtures and I really do believe we can push on for a top four spot.

FA Cup Semi Final​

Our first game at Wembley for quite a while saw over 40,000 West Ham United fans run on to the pitch at the final whistle. It was stuff that dreams are made of as we came away with a decent performance and a 1-0 win to go along with it to send us to the final to play Manchester City.​

Stoke City v West Ham​

I thought that this would be a tough game against strugglers Stoke but we dominated the game from the get go. We were fantastic today and came away with a result that we fully deserved.​

West Ham v Aston Villa​

What a match for the neutrals this was. With seven goals for them to watch. There was only ever one winner though however as we romped to an early 3-0 lead and never looked like we were being dangered. We were brilliant yet again today and deserved yet another win.​

Wigan Athletic v West Ham​

This was yet another brilliant display today over at the DW Stadium. This easy win marks our fifth win in a row in all competitions.​

I am delighted with our position in the league and I believe we have a great chance of getting into the Champions League. To do this we may need to win at Anfield but I think we can beat anyone at the moment. We just need to keep our heads down and get the job done.​

Top Goalscorer and Player of the Month​

Although everyone has been fantastic this month, Diego Buonanotte has been the best. For the first time in a month this year, someone has outscored Roberto and Diego has done it from central midfield this month. He has scored five goals in all competitions this month and has been in delightful form.

Alessandro Diamanti has been awarded the Barclays Premier League player of the month award for April. The striker has been in deadly form this month, with three goals from four games. Roberto Soldado and Diego Buonanotte for West Ham completed the top three.

Kiko Femenia has won the Barclays Premier League young player of the month for April. The full back has been in brilliant form for West Ham this month. West Ham's Jack Rodwell went on to come second in the award.​

Yet another emphatic win from us saw us creep into third place. We were fantastic today, we looked like we would score with every attack we made and Blackburn were scared to death of us.​
