Adam Lallana inspired us to a win over West Brom. Lallana has been a bit part player this year but he wanted a chance to show his worth and fair play to him he delivered. We struggled to get into the game and he produced something from nothing on two occasions to turn it around.

A second half turn around made sure we cemented our place at the top of the group.

I would love to be faced up against my old club again! I feel confident that we will progress no matter who we play out of them.​
 
I bet the Brazil manager is wetting his pants at the thought of Neymar, Barbosa and Coutinho attacking for him! Neymar seems to be getting champ league goals and the other two are both on fire!

Brazil looking scary in your save haha.

Yeah Barbosa was my favorite striker last year, scored shed loads for me. Oddly his attributes never went up a huge amount but he still scored!

I then brought in Anthony Martial who was just as good! Not had either on this FM though.

What role are you using Coutinho in?

View attachment 303596Daniel Sturridge has just put a massive selection problem in my head on his return to the side. Barbosa was doing so well but with four goals in one game surely he tops him? Between the two of them I have two world class strikers and Dybala is not a bad back up option. Coutinho and Sterling have both been trained to play upfront if needs be and Isco can play as a false 9. My attacking options look great right now!

Swapping Coutinho between Inside forwards either sides and centre mids. I have a bunch of players who are versatile so it's pretty good. I do need to buy one more winger I feel.

This is probably the best draw we could have wished for. Leverkusen are struggling in the league and are in some real bad form. Over two legs I think we can manage to beat them comfortably.

Sturridge nets his second hat trick in as many games since coming back as Liverpool thrash fourth place Norwich 5-1 at Anfield. Coutinho bagged a goal too to continue his amazing form for us, like Sterling he has signed a new contract with us. We have Nottingham Forrest at home in the league next, who only have 12 points from 17 games.
 
I think that this story is very smart because you struggle at times, then you do quite well. you go to other teams after a season or two, many stories on here go stale for the viewer and the player. You keep this story very refreshed by adapting to new clubs!

Yeah it's a very different journey! I do plan on staying at Liverpool for as long as I can though so I hope I don't wreck that bit for you! Then again, things always change! I think the way my career has actually panned out fits perfectly to a Carragher role. The success I'm having at Liverpool is mad right now, hopefully I can keep it going until the end of the season. I've had genuine ups and downs on this save and it does mix things up a little! Thanks mate :)

A brilliant month which see's us carry on our unbeaten streak. We would have had a 100% record if it wasn't for the inform Wigan holding us out to a draw. We haven't been as tight as the back in recent games to what we were, hopefully we can change this.

I have how even though we are on this amazing run of form we are still not a massive amount of points ahead of Chelsea. If they win their game in hand we are only 3 points ahead of them. Although we are 22 points ahead of fifth place which means Champions League football looks a guarantee next season at Anfield.

I've told the board I think I can win the league, and they have backed me with a further £47 million. Ramos and Negredo are both interested in joining us and I think I will re invest to see if we can bolster the squad.​

It doesn't matter that City are not in good form this season, to get a result like that in the last few minutes of the game at the Etihad is an amazing feeling! This result is just another good one for us and adds to the title challenge. We're giving it a go alright!
