Jamie Carragher - A Managers Story

An expected win today against a very poor palace side. Their main man this season has been Jerome Sinclair and he couldn't play because he is on loan from us. Markovic is on fire lately and he bagged a hat-trick! The options we have to choose from now are unbelievable. The next game is Chelsea away, and I want to see the best out of this team then!

It was a tough match against title challengers Chelsea but one which we come out quite upbeat from. It was disheartening for Costa to prevent us winning the game and almost ending the race, but to come to Stamford Bridge is always a hard game and to be leading most of the game shown real character from our players. Barbosa is out for two weeks with a twisted knee but I'm confident in Sturridge to cover.

After the Chelsea game we really were looking for a few wins to make sure we keep that 8 point gap ahead of them. This is one of the games I was worried about that we could end this run because Southampton have always been strong at St.Mary's. Fortunately for us we continued this amazing run of form thanks to another brace from Markovic. The Serb is on fire lately and seems to his the back of the net more than once every time he puts on a red shirt.

We are through to the quater finals of the F.A Cup after knocking out Championship strugglers Watford. 2 goals from Dybala sealed the game as we stayed solid at the back.

What a cup tie. We will face Man Utd at home in the F.A Cup and we will be desperate to beat them to end their hopes of one of the 2 major trophies they are in which are the F.A Cup and the Champions League.

It was another Markovic masterclass as we coasted to a 5-0 win over my former club Sunderland. Lazar was on fire this game as he ran rings around the defenders and bagged himself 2 goals. When we won a penalty it was given to him to complete his hat-trick and he did. Isco was dictating the play all game and managed to grab himself a goal himself. Dybala finished off the scoring with a tap in, he's doing the job at the moment.

We got the win against United to send us in to the semi finals of the F.A Cup. Anfield was rocking from start to finish. It was Kieran Gibbs who broke the deadlock with a powerdriver into the bottom corner as he arrived in the box. Hernandez pulled one back for United to put us in level at the break. Goals from Sturridge and Allen knocked United out and there's no sweeter feeling in football!

Wonderful story, any chance of seeing the 'player stats' screen for the league?
