We've been drawn against the third lowest ranked team left in
the competition so this gives us a sensational change at reaching
the French Cup Semi-Final. I can't quite believe how the lads are
playing int he cup; they really want this one as we've been blitzing
teams 2-0, 3-0 in matches.

Aye, I'm hoping the same. I've switched to a 4-2-2-2(DM) formation to sure up the defense and I'm getting positive results so I've high hopes! :)

I was starting to think maybe, just maybe I'll stay. We've been
doing well and sat 4th for most of the month but those two last
losses put us down to 5th and promotion is looking a tall order.

I still have a Cup semi-final against Lille to look forward to so
overall it's been a season to remember but I'm looking forward
to the end of the season. I really feel it's time to move on now.

Gutted but very proud. We lost by only a goal to one of France's best teams.
A semi-final was a always a huge achievement as we wen't much further than
we were touted to go. I'm immensely proud of the boys. TO be honest, I will miss
them but my heart is not in Auexerre.

Promotion is almost right there! Great run in the French Cup, love the cup due to the sheer amount of competing teams - sure some compete from former French colonies and such, so great run!

The oppertunity to return to Spain is quite tempting. Though the club
is in administration and has been relegated tot he third tier of Spanish
football. They'll be a huge challenge but I'm not sure if they're the right
fit for me right now.

Having just failed to Qulaify for the U'19s European Championship, Scotland U'19 were
looking for a new manager. Giving one of my primary responsibilities at Auxerre was to
develop youth players, I felt qualified for the job and applied.

The U'20s world cup in August 2017 is my next major competition so I have just
under one year to get my international squad together and challenge the world's
best international youth sides
