I hate players who expect to be given their glory. He wasn't outstanding in training either. I was willing to give him a few games and a shot to get a squad place but if he's not willing to work for it... .

I felt we needed more quality in the centre of the park now that we've lost
our star forward. I signed former Argentine international Lucho González; after
his contract at Al-Rayyan expired. I brought him in for the rest of the season
to help our promotion charge and I may extend it for one more year if we
get promoted but i know we can't afford his wages cost if we spend
another year in the second division.

We're conceding far too many goals to have a realistic shot at the League 2 title but promotion is a very achievable task.
Sanogo is expected to be out for 3-4 months though so that's tough. It's December now so he may just about be back in time for the final few games. Could be pivotal in the grand scale of things :)

I've lost almost 20% of my wage budget due to financial difficulties.
I'm goign to have to sell a few fringe players to try balance the books.
Though If we miss out on promotion, I'll be looking for a new job.

WE need money; Roma wants Kilic. To be honest, this is great news. While
he is our star midfielder and one of the best young players at the club, we
have plenty of decent youth coming through and the financial state of the
club is more important to us. I've put a value of €4M on Kilic so I'll be hoping
Roma will be willing to meet our valuation of him.
